Called and made a appointment for Friday morning at 8am. Now, two hours later they call me back and say that they can't get me in til next Thursday. I informed them that I had already made my appointment. They said that the person who made that appointment didn't know what she was doing and that they couldn't get me in until next Thursday. Not once did they say, sorry, or that they would try to accommodate me after their error. If your staff is that unorganized and that unprofessional I would NEVER bring my car to your business. WHAT A JOKE!!!

After dealing with my local ford dealer in Egg Harbor Township, NJ for about two weeks without any results in the search to find a Transit Connect van with the features I wanted, I decided to look online to find it on my own. That’s when I ran across Fred Beans. I called up to the dealership and spoke to salesman Mark Uschold. We talked price and discounts, we basically did most of the deal right over the phone, which was great for me because I live about 90 miles away from them. He was very helpful and professional. When I got there I was greeted warmly by Mark and the other members of the staff. Scott Blum from finance was also a great help in getting this deal done. He found me a very good interest rate, I mean a VERY VERY good interest rate. This is the first time I purchased a new car without wanting to pull my hair. I was very impressed.

I own a 2012 Lincoln Navigator L and this summer I had what smelled like electronic burning smell coming from the front vents after starting the truck with the AC on. I shut off the AC and opened the windows to air out the smell, but was concerned that the vehicle could catch on fire. I called Herb O’Donnell (my service rep) and told him what was happening and he told me that he was too busy to take the truck in that day (it was a Wednesday), and that he could schedule an appointment for me for Friday morning. I asked him if he had any idea what would be causing the problem and if he thought that my vehicle could likely catch on fire. He did not have any satisfactory answers to my questions so I told him that I was not comfortable driving my vehicle until Friday and requested that he provide me a loaner vehicle (which I was promised for all service done to my Lincoln) to drive while my truck waited for him to get around to looking at it. He did reluctantly agree to give me a Ford Escape to drive. I did not hear anything from Herb, so I called him on Friday at 4:00 PM. He told me they looked under my truck and did not find anything that would cause a burning smell and they could not duplicate the smell. I picked up the truck and noticed a large sign hanging from my mirror bragging that they washed my Lincoln. I had been on a dirt road on Tuesday and the mud in the wheel wells and on the running boards was still there and it was quite obvious that the vehicle had not been washed. I spoke with Herb he got rather mad at me and insisted that the vehicle was washed on Wednesday and it had rained on Thursday which made the vehicle dirty again (Friday was sunny day). No big deal, just relating my experience with the dealership and why would you wash a vehicle that you are too busy to work on. I drove the truck home with the AC on and noticed a little of the smell, but not as bad as on Wednesday. I am new to Fred Beans, but have been using Sloan Ford in Exton for years before purchasing a Lincoln and had assumed that I had to have warranty work done at a Lincoln dealer. I took it to Sloan and after having the vehicle for less than two hours they told me that the Evaporator Core was leaking and oil soaked. They ordered and installed the necessary parts (it was a big job that required a complete removal of the dash). The job was done perfectly and quickly – no rattles and the AC is smell free and colder than it ever was before. Since the paperwork from Fred Beans requests that if I can‘t answer completely satisfied on the survey from Lincoln to please contact the service department, I called and was put into Paul Hay’s voice mail. I left a message for Paul letting him know all that happened and gave him my contact information so he could discuss it with me. I decided to submit this Google review after waiting over two weeks and not getting a return call from Paul. It is wonderful to know that you do not need to go to a Lincoln dealer to get warranty work done – thanks Sloan!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Just purchased a new F350 from Joe Welde and couldn't be happier. Fred Beans is a great place to purchase a vehicle and the entire staff is fantastic. Will be back to see Joe Welde when I purchase my next vehicle. Fantastic!

My experience with fred beans of west chester started back in summer of 2014. My brother bought a 2006 f250. Long story short, they sold him a truck with blown head gaskets. It continued last october when i.bought my 2007 explorer from the same dealer. The car was great for the first week or so but almost exactly after a week, i noticed my transmission wouldnt shift into gear at all. I called the dealer up to see what was up and see if somehow it was covered. Needless to say, i was past the 3 day return period and that was it. They knowingly sold me a car with a blown transmission for full price... $11000. And there was nothing they could do. They robbed me of my money and thats all that mattered to them. I will never buy from.any fred beans, and will never refer anyone to a fred beans dealership

I have never been so amazed with a company. My son and I just purchased a used Mustang from them, and the finishing touches are being done to it now. Im typing this review from the computer that they provide for our use in their lounge, just finished a warm lunch they provided and I could not be happier. They have gone far beyond, and it will be remembered always. I will be back for my next car or truck, even though I live in Southern Maryland, its worth the trip to be treated with kindness, and courtesy. Thanks Chris VanDeBoe for being a excellent salemans!

Fred Beans of West Chester is the most outstanding car dealership I have ever dealt with. My husband and I are so pleased with this dealership that we have purchased 5 ford explorer's from them. Their service department is so far above any others I have encountered in helping with any problems I have had with my cars. They are always willing to help and go above and beyond what is required. The dealership, including the service department is always clean and the people who work here are professional and courteous when dealing with the customers. The way they run the service department with teams is especially good. Your car is taken care of by the same technicians and they get to know your car inside and out. I can't say enough about Fred Beans of West Chester. I have recently moved to the Pocono Mountains and I really don't want the Ford Dealer up here even touching my car. I guess I've been spoiled by the best.

I have been using Fred Beans for years now. In my book sales and service are rated five stars. I just got a new MKX.. Kevin Deets your the MAN!! Getting a new car from Kevin is not buying from a car (salesman) but like buying from a friend with my best interest as his personal goal. Thats why I have bought 3 Cars from him and I took my Dad there to buy a new Pick-up. Which he loves. I am sad that I lost my green team leader but SHE was promoted to a better position, that I am happy for her.
