I've been an iOS dev for 5 years and have always managed to avoid Android, until now. But believe it or not it's actually a lot of fun, and not that big of a jump from iOS development. Here is a bunch of things I learned building 7 Minute Workout for Android, I hope you find them useful.

Interesting...... if its done so well on apples app store, why not expand to both android and windows mobile? Keep the same lack of marketing in place, and see how well it performs on the other stores.... would be interesting to see if theres any cross pollination. I know that a lot of people have both android and ios, or ios and windows mobile, (ipads and android phones etc) so will be interesting to see if people load hit this up again from another device....

As promised here is part two of my App Store experiment. If you haven't done so already then it's probably best to read part 1 of this experiment first. The Charity. In part one I asked for suggestions for charities to donate the sales to. I received many great suggestions but I settled on a ...

It's a queue manager, there is a lot less overhead and other advantages. In my opinion it is a better option in most situations, especially for beginners .. This is a good read https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/General/Conceptual/ConcurrencyProgrammingGuide/ThreadMigration/ThreadMigration.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40008091-CH105-SW1
