My family has been seeing the Hagen family of Dr.s for over 40 years. Always going that extra mile to be sure their patients (and their "parents") are well taken care of. The office staff is top notch and always helpful.

My entire family has been going to Escalon Small Animal Clinic for way over 30 years. I can't even begin to explain what wonderful and kind people the 3 generations of Dr. Hagans are. I remember taking our family pets to them since I was a little girl and now as an adult I take my Jack Russell there. She is usually very timid and doesn't like to be touched, however Dr. Andy Hagan has inherited his father and grandfather's unique and soft approach to animals. He has taken the utmost care of my dog and of my family member's animals. I have complete trust in both Drs. Frank and Andy Hagan. They have always been honest and have always done what is best for all of my pets throughout the years. I would never question their integrity and appreciate the continued care that they continue to give to my dog.

I took my new puppy for her first exam. I have been to the vet many times over 5 years ago. I used to love this place. The vets are very good. My dog had a slight ear infection so the vet gave her the first dose of antibiotics while we were there, along with an allergy shot. When I went to the front to pay, they found that I owed $53.00 from over 5 years ago with my last pet. I never rcvd a bill and completely forgot that i owed it. I had no problem paying it, however i only had $100.00 in my bank acct today. She gave me a total of over $150 which included the past due amount. I apologized and told them I only had the $100. They refused to give me the antibiotic ear drops that they started my puppy on while in the exam room! I asked to speak to the vet, they would not let me even wait for him to be available. So i left did not pay for any services at all. Even if i payed the $100 for todays visit they refused to give me her antibiotics w/o paying the debt that was over 5 years old. Now I have to go to another vet or her ears will get worse, esp since she began antibiotics and wasnt given a chance to finish them. 2 of the 3 front office staff which included the front office manager were completely rude and uncaring.
