Canada’s Environment Minister, the Honourable Peter Kent, announced today that the Government is Canada is making a $148.8 million investment over five years to help Canadians adapt to the challenges posed by climate change.
It's a particular pleasure to be here today. It was at a Toronto Economic Club luncheon that I gave my first speech as Environment Minister last January.
