Your body is the greatest instrument you’ll ever own and while most people see the importance of giving their car a regular service, they don’t always place the same importance on maintaining their body. Regular chiropractic and osteopathic treatment helps your spine stay in proper alignment for optimal muscle, nerve and joint function and can help keep you pain free, or prevent minor aches and pains from becoming serious, so it's worth booking yourself in for a check up every now and then.

Just wanted to let you know that we are open until Friday the 23rd December and currently still have appointments available over the next few weeks, so if if you've been putting up with pain but want to feel merry and bright this Christmas, it’s not too late to book in to see us and get your body back on track.

We are then closed from the 24th to 27th December but open again from the 28th to the 30th, so if you do your back – or any other part of your body - in rearranging furniture, lugging around bags of presents, sleeping in an uncomfortable guest bed, or simply just driving home for Christmas, there's no need to wait until January to get sorted.

To book an appointment this December, please just call 0117 972 3518.

Women in the UK are starting to suffer with back and neck pain at the tender age of 28, according to new research from the British Chiropractic Association.

Over a fifth (22%) of women who have struggled, or currently struggle with back or neck pain say they do so on a daily basis and a quarter (24%) have suffered for over 10 years. Men fare a little better – first battling back and neck pain from the age of 32.

Now, as part of BackCare Awareness Week (3-8 October), the BCA is urging women to take control and adopt healthier habits to prevent the onset of back pain, by incorporating a few simple steps into their daily routine. See https://chiropractic-uk.co.uk/back-pain-woes-for-women-in-their-20s/ for more information and please feel free to tag any friends you know who might be interested in this information.

And if you're suffering with back and neck pain, please just give us a call on 0117 972 3518 to book in for an initial consultation and treatment with us. For more information see http://bristolbackpain.com/treatment.html
