Brittany is an entrepreneur, expert negotiator, self-help junkie and adventuress.

Her first entrepreneurial venture was as Founder and CEO of Old Dominion Bancorp, a finance company linking homeowners in financial distress with investors seeking high yield income properties. In 24 months the company successfully facilitated over $37 million dollars of real estate transactions.

Her experience in banking and finance began with her position as a wholesale banking executive where she was nationally recognized for funding more than $475 million dollars throughout her 5 year career.

After 7 years of working in real estate and finance, she decided to pursue her passion for education and personal development and Co-Produced/Directed Everyday Genius Institute an online education platform that models the subconscious strategies of people who are genius in their field.

In 2010 Brittany teamed up with a master psychologist and co-created a program to help women lose weight by addressing the underlying emotional drivers. This new, leading edge program combines neuroscience and mental strategies from the field of behavioral psychology.

In her next venture, she intends to integrate her entrepreneurial DNA with her passion for education, personal development and global philanthropy, joining forces with people who are actively improving the world.
