"Engaging youth in family farming will require stronger focus on agribusiness and relevant ICTs" - This is the clear message that came out in the e-debate report on "Youth sustaining family farming through ICTs" that was organised by CTA and AYF in October 2014.

The debate generated over 150 contributions from more than 20 countries, and the report includes a great number of youth experiences and initiatives on agriculture and ICTs!

Laikipia Rural Voices emerged as the winner of the best blog for East Africa in the institutional category of the YoBloCo Awards last year.

With over 400 articles, the blog has been instrumental in sharing knowledge from the field to the youth, and as a result, many young people have developed an interest in agriculture and are now actively engaged into farming!
