Iris Hall: Hi Dr.Hanson.
My name is Kim Hall and last year I was diagnosed with Autism.
My neighbor got me involved in Equestrian Special Olympics where I met two other girls named Sam and Jessi.
I thought they were both 18 until Jessi's 29th birthday. And Sam is three years older.
I asked around and found out that the other Special Olympians who all appear to be in their late twenties and early thirties were all in their late fourties or older.
I thought about it like a scientist and figured that there were only two factors we have in common. Autisim and horses. But other non autistic horse riders age normally so i thought about it some more and concluded that because we were autistic we never underwent the same STRESS that normal adults went through like taxes and a morgage. Our parents and other providers care of us our entire lives. Kind of like what humans do for our feline overlords.
Soon to my real question. Can you do a video on how stress affects both humans and animals? Because i would love some confirmation of my theory.
