My experience has been quite the opposite - Galaxy batteries tend to run down faster thanks to the poor Android task killing. If I manually kill the apps I opened all day (and night) long, I may achieve better battery life.. but that's too much work on what should be a phone. I swapped back to the iphone.

why kinect and not a normal camera?

The Kinect creates a fully 3D representation of what it sees, so it can be drawn from any point of view, and in 3D stereo for the Oculus Rift.

I remember using one during a macintosh user group meeting. It was blazing fast. I managed to get a copy of the hypercard self running demo and may still have it somewhere. Most importantly I'm surprised how well your Outbound laptop is running especially since all of the macintosh portables are basically dead at this point without a rebuild.

Most of the Mac portables are dead due to failed hard drives or bad batteries, for the most part.  This particular one doesn't have a hard drive, and doesn't need a good battery to run like the Mac Portable does.

This is a look at the unused SeaWorld entry and with the lookout tower visible in the background

Since  I just got back from SeaWorld, I googled one of the closed locations. The results were creepy.

I'm one who enjoys a colorized film. I also enjoy a 3D version of a film such as Wizard of Oz. We have the technology!

just bought this card in a low profile form. It is nice all around low profile card which is quiet and powerful especially due to its single slot size. Very impressive.

Giving 1 star because of terrible practices. Never in my life have I dealt with such a horrific company. My wife somehow got gouged into a fast pass. She has no recollection and there is no paperwork anywhere. I scan and archive all paperwork and never miss a beat. I however didn't expect that we were getting billed for something my wife didn't know we'd signed up for. Over $300 later we caught up with it in bank account without a single legitimate car wash used (though they show one last year -unlikely for a car which is always dirty) There was no paper trail and no receipt each month to show what was being billed. Nothing. Just little charges in our bank account which I thought my wife was responsible for. I challenged through my credit card company initially to find out who was charging us - fortunately my bank was able to track them down. I had to go to the car wash directly since there IS NO PHONE NUMBER. They gave me a business card for their head office which REFUSED to help since I had gone through my bank. This is the worst business practice I've ever somehow gotten sucked into and you should be aware of what you are getting into before you let them touch your credit card!

The night I ate here, the food was superb. I eat mexican food on a regular basis but the last time it was this tasty was when I was in Mexico. They even serve imported bottled soft drinks and imported desserts. Customer service was lacking. I was overcharged with no refund and was given the wrong order. Sad to say this was my exact experience in Mexico as well. So there you have it. Authenticity at it's best without the travel and ID. Highly recommend.

Old Tucson is the theme park with a LOT of potential. Take a bit of Disneyland, a bit of Universal Studios, and the incredible scenery of the southwest and you have Old Tucson studios. It's priced very reasonable for what you get. A family of 4 was able to get in for ~$50. It has a train, motorcars for kids, a merry go round, stagecoach rides, horseback riding and plenty of shows. Oh yes, then there is the scary mine which is a walkthrough attraction. We've been there twice. Unfortunately the park was almost completely empty on memorial day weekend which is a very bad sign for the longevity of the park. It was great for us however but they need a larger crowd to keep it afloat. It's time for a big ticket attraction or two and a better advertising firm. There is no way the staff could be any more generous, it's clear they want return visitors.

Stopped by as I was driving through California - it was nice to see a dedicated Ralph Lauren store. I picked up a shirt and tried it on when I got back. To my surprise the sleeves were 10" too small! The exchange and processing fees ended up costing $15 which quickly erased any perceived savings.
