Our Sustainability Office need your help! They need University of Exeter students and staff to fill in a travel survey. And if you do you're in with a chance to win London Eye Tickets, a meal for two at Exeter Sausage and Grill or a meal and drink for two people at Cafe Reed.

Martin Cooper, one of our alumni, is setting himself a strange challenge to raise funds to support our diabetes research at the Peninsula Medical School.

Martin has promised to write 30 minutes of original music over the next few weeks and is giving everyone who donates via his JustGiving page the chance to vote whether or not he releases the results! His expectations are not high...

Why not make a donation to fight diabetes and help to decide whether his terrible record gets released!

One of the UK's leading Universities
Introduction
The University of Exeter offers a wide range of degree programmes in unique locations in Exeter and Cornwall.

Exeter is currently ranked 10th in The Times, 11th in The Guardian and 15th in the Complete University Guide (Telegraph) league tables, making us the highest ranked South West university. We are also ranked in The Times top ten for student satisfaction and research as nearly 90 per cent of our research was rated as internationally recognised in the latest (2008) Research Assessment Exercise.

The University of Exeter has invested around £140 million in campus facilities over the last five years. We are planning to invest a further £270 million over the next three years, including new student accommodation, expanded facilities for Biosciences and the Business School, an international students' centre and a new student services building called the Forum.
