Basic Information
The person who did our estimate and the guys who came to load the truck were very friendly and we were happy that this would be a smooth move - then the problems began: - called and told that our stuff was over the estimate (done in our house) and even though our quote said - firm price (not firm weight), they told us we'd have to pay an extra $350 if we wanted our things (can you say holding hostage) - were told our things would arrive on a Monday, then on Wednesday, then Thursday morning....finally arrived late Thursday - they didn't finish unloading until 9:45pm - not ideal if you have young children as we do. how many people do you know can go without their things for 8 days when told to plan for 4? - ALL of our stuff was damaged - every piece of furniture was either chipped, ripped, had huge black tire marks or was bent up, wet, or crushed - I couldn't have done that much damage myself and I had to pay several thousand dollars for someone else to... overall - find another company!!!

This has been the perfect place for our little boy. We were first attracted to it's peaceful environment and the focus on daily living activities that children can do on their own to foster independence and confidence - especially at preschool age, they love to do these things (tie shoes, put on jackets, sweep, etc). As he has grown and developed, we've appreciated that he can explore the many wonderful Montessori activities at his level and speed. Attention spans of all the children really develop here. It is a caring, nurturing, healthy environment with healthy food, outdoor play, etc. We can't say enough about the teachers! The facility needs updates, but the tuition is low to allow all access to this great Montessori education - hard to have it both ways, and we could get over old facilities in the interest of diversity and quality.

Dr. Johnson is a professor at the UM Dental School and he is very thorough. He takes his time and makes sure to check everything out, without being excessive. His hygentist is very friendly and gentle. Great for kids, too.

we did end up buying our Toyota there b/c after HOURS of wrangling and pressure, we caved. we did get a decent price, but what a terrible experience! We've vowed to not give them one more cent of our money and steer our friends clear!
