Awesome seafood restaurant. Terrific oyster selection; If you know what you want or you trust the server's advice, you can either pick your favorites or have a sampler plate made. Two styles of lobster roll. I had a taste of the New England style. It was buttery heaven. I got the black cod. Perfect cook on the fish. Casual clattery atmosphere. Wonderful food. A little expensive. Make a reservation. You probably can't just show up

Bring your patience to this popular and bustling New England inspired seafood restaurant. A visit during lunch scored me a delicious buttery Lobster Roll sandwich accompanied by excellent shoestring style fries. For dessert go for the Bourbon Pecan Pie that is made with aged whisky and topped a la mode.

Wife's birthday and just a horror of an experience. Elderly father was late and they would not seat us despite no change in table size. Expensive. Poor service. Never again.

Great place for seafood in Los Angeles. Oysters are great as are the lobster rolls.

Lobster roll is a must. The bread is so buttery yet crisp!!! The Blondie dessert is one of the best in L.A.!

Eating the food you can tell they use high quality seafood. Great shrimp, fish, and lobster. The lobster rolls used body meat and not all claw meat. I dislike when other restaurants do that. What I didn't like about this place was the service. We saw waiter maybe 3 times. The busboy was more helpful than our waiter. Inattentive service mars what would otherwise be an enjoyable experience.

Amazing spot to get delicious New England style seafood. I highly recommend starting the meal with the chef's choice oysters and ending with a whoopie pie. The fish specials are outstanding and the sides are perfect companions. The mac and cheese is a stand out favorite, followed closely by the spinach with bacon. You've got to try this place!

Hot lobster roll was tasty. Oysters were delicious and nicely presented. Fried fish had that "melt in your mouth" quality, though the batter was a shade too oily. Otherwise excellent fries were over salted - will order sans salt next time. Server was very helpful and exhibited expert knowledge of the menu. Inside area is loud due to the reflective surfaces and dense table configuration - this could be a pro or a con, depending on what kind of vibe you prefer. I'll be back there before long to try more of the menu. Good stuff.
