Great seafood place. The clam chowder is great. I came during DineLA and had the Fish and Chips, which were very tasty. They are quite expensive though.

Only available during brunch their Crab & Egg open-faced crab cake sandwich is to die for. The crab cake has a great crunchy batter surrounding the very heavily filled crab meat paired with a very delicious lemon beurre blanc sauce, arugula, sunny side egg, red onion, on top of their house-made pullman bread and comes with a side of fries.

The Lobster Roll is extremely delicious and the fries are so fresh. I sat at the bar, and the waiter was extremely nice. During my meal, I had to watch the manager berate the bartender for pouring too much wine in a wine glass. He got out a ruler, and it liked like it might be a drop over the standard. He was nasty, and I felt bad for the bartender, she was very flustered. He went on and on, it was bad. As soon as he saw that I was watching this entire thing, he changed his attitude completely and came over to talk to me, he seemed like a weasel. He buttered me up and tried to make small talk, but I was turned off. He went away, and I had to watch the bartender funnel the wine back in the bottle. She was clearly upset. Then as I was leaving, he had a problem with the valet guys outside, but lo and behold he changed his tune when he saw there was a customer coming outside. Amazing food, but this place needs to keep in mind that customers don't want to see a nasty manager treat their workers like garbage. It made me not want to go back, even though the lobster roll is superb.

I have no clue why everyone seems to love this place. It is awful. You would get a better quality of fish on a McDonald's fish sandwich than the crap served here. I ordered fried calamari and fish came to $50. Now that in and of itself is highway robbery even if it is West Hollywood and a big new shiny building. The calamari just had weird seasonings on it and the dipping sauces were way too tart and spicy. But the fish and chips were the real embarrassment. Two dinky, shriveled up pieces of fish that looked like they had been chewed up and spit out. I'm sorry, no clue what everyone is raving about here. Red Lobster is better than this at half the price.

Get the Get the clam chowder. And the charbroiled oysters. I say parked on the street at hamburger Mary's five bucks just walked in because the parking lot is always full staff is friendly asked all the questions you want there very knowledgeable and everything is always super good . And then you can walk around afterwards.

I'll have to try again for dinner. Brunch was very good, but you have to * really * be in the mood for seafood. Surprising though, that it wasn't busier. The price is great compared to most West LA fish spots.

Awesome seafood restaurant. Terrific oyster selection; If you know what you want or you trust the server's advice, you can either pick your favorites or have a sampler plate made. Two styles of lobster roll. I had a taste of the New England style. It was buttery heaven. I got the black cod. Perfect cook on the fish. Casual clattery atmosphere. Wonderful food. A little expensive. Make a reservation. You probably can't just show up
