My sister and I ordered the Potato Skins as an appetizer. I'm a vegetarian so we ordered the skins without bacon. The Potato Skins arrived, with bacon, so we reiterated that we wanted them without bacon, so the skins got sent back. Also to my unpleasant surprise, BJ's removed the meatless patty option from their burger selection. Booo (thumbs down). Also an unpleasant surprise, BJ's used to have several varieties of handcrafted pop, now they only offer root beer and cream soda. Also Booo. After waiting some more for our appetizer, we asked where it was, and the server said it was delivered to another table, and was being eaten. Booo. Then our food was brought out (I had my vegetarian broccoli and cheese soup and spaghetti with marinara sauce, not enough sauce), and then our correct appetizer was brought out. The server apologized and said it would be no charge for the appetizer. That was a nice gesture, but it doesn't make up for the useless appetizer. After our meal, we were super stoked for a red velvet Pizookie. We looked at the dessert menu, and guess what? Another unpleasant surprise! They removed the Red Velvet Pizookie. This is what my sister had been looking forward to, and seeing as how I took her to dinner to celebrate her Master's degree graduation, this was doubly disappointing to me. We had the Cookies and Cream Pizookie, which was good. Overall, the service was slow, they botched the appetizer, removed good menu items, and vegetarians have even fewer options there (you can still have a pizza, or ask them to remove the meat from their salads I guess).

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The salad was watery, my order was incorrect and our service was even worse. When we first sat down at our table, the server took our drink order and disappeared for 20 minutes. She walked by our table several times, never making eye contact and never saying a word to us. When our food finally got to us, about 40 minutes after seating, she put it on the table without looking at us and disappeared, again, without saying a word. She never asked us if we needed another drink.. never refilled our water glasses... never treated us with respect. When she brought us the check she threw it on the table, along with two pens, and never uttered a word. I will NEVER dine at this restaurant again.

Bad service overall ordering took almost 20 min to see server again with Basic bar style food upscaled to charge more. Sticky table had dirty silverware with black hairs inside recieved waterd down salad with almost no dressing chose the pick two holiday promotion out of first choice item I settled for pork chops that had cold apples and undercooked green beans for the sides. The only thing decent about this meal was the drinks and the desert which was included in the promotion. WILL NOT BE RETURNING After speaking to manager Ashley check was taken care of had to pay for drinks and salads only so a plesent ending to a bad experience

The food is typical bar & grill menu, with some other options. The beer was satisfying, which is as expected. Unfortunately, like other reviews, the service is less the adequate. We had scheduled a party of 20 for a going away luncheon for an employee. The table area was not ready at the scheduled 1100 time, so that caused a delay of about 10 minutes. Once seated, service was as expected. At 1220 we received our checks, with mass confusion. It then took a full 50 minutes to receive our credit cards/cash back for the paid tickets. Unfortunately for this BJ's restaurant, this is par for the course. The excuse given was that the computer system does not allow changes. As a paying customer that type of response is not an acceptable response, nor are the casino based odd gift cards that management handed out for the issue. I've eaten at different BJ's around the area (Denver and OKC) and neither of those locations have issues with service, so this is an isolated problem here in ICT. However, this is the last time that I give my patronage to this particular BJs in Wichita KS.

I have been at different hours and about 4 times. They do have a rewards program, and signing up doesn't hurt. You can even track it with your phone with the Keyring app. Love the soup/salads deal at lunchtime. So many choices compared to other lunch deals. Evening drinks are done right--loved my Long Island and appetizer. Dinner with the girls was also great. I had great seats and was in a chair no longer that 10 minutes after arrival even during the busy times. Will continue to visit regularly!

Visiting here for Army duty. Very nice decor! Fresh large selection of brews on tap. Several very good ones. Their home brews are good but not world class either. Mainly writing because I was not happy that they billed me for two beers, one on happy hour and one for regular price. I would have taken the issue up with them but Ryan, the bartender was so busy it was not worth the point. Could not get her attention. I gave a very good rating for food service, but really I don't see how she keep up. So management, if the problem was caused because your computer system does not allow her to serve the drink and then ring it 10 minutes later without causing this problem, you need to consider fixing the problem. People who order during happy hour expect happy hour prices without hassle. oh yeah, web site does is not current and is also not accurate about happy hour.
