On March 23, 2013 members of the Winnebago Flying Club participated in a multi club fly-out to Rochelle Municipal Airport-Koritz Field (KRPJ) and ate at The Flight Deck Bar & Grill.  This is a time lapse of the flight shot on a GoPro Hero2.

The first of our 2013 meetings will be held on Saturday, January 5, at the FAA Safety Center (next to the control tower on the OSH airport). The business meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. and will be followed at 9:00 by a safety seminar entitled A REVIEW OF GENERAL AVIATION ACCIDENTS IN WISCONSIN DURING 2012, presented by Tim Lemke. A second safety seminar entitled CROSSWIND TAKEOFFS & LANDINGS presented by John Dorcey will follow at 10:00. Both presentations are FAA approved safety seminars and are open to the general public. All pilots & aviation enthusiasts are welcome to attend! And of course we will have coffee to help keep you warm this cold winter.

+Jetwhine 's Scott Spangler addresses the issue of flying clubs and how they welcome new pilots into the fold. We are thrilled he used our club as an example of a club reaching out to the community in general.
