Hello, I was wondering if you could help me. As of 10 months ago I had a new baby and I'm not very strong. Is there any recommended workouts that I can do to trim my weight and get a little toned? I also have been eating a lot of sugar and can't drink water because I can taste all the chemicals. Recommendations? Please?
