Pretty awesome place. Great food. Friendly staff. I brought all my kids here for lunch. Super accommodating. The other guests here are jerks.

Of course, the beer! Huge selection from local and international. Bar staff is pretty friendly - on par with other craft beer places. Great place to chill, but noisy inside. Go outside for a real relaxing pint.

Whats not to love about The Flying Saucer? The Saucer has been slingin' beers since before craft beer was cool and they arguably sling it better than anyone in the city. This beer Mecca is in a great location in the heart of downtown right a long the light rail. Great place to grab a beer, or two, after work. This is where craft beer began in the city and it's not going ANYWHERE.

They have a fantastic beer selection! Tons of beers on tap and just as many in bottles. Any beer lover is bound to find something they will call their new favorite here. They also get all the rare, limited beers, so keep an eye on their Facebook when something you like is being released. The food is also really good. The pizza, bratwurst, and Reuben-esque are my favorites. My old go-to was the Queso Fondue- you got bratwurst, pretzel, ham, carrots and celery with queso to dip in. Enough to share with another person. But they just took it off the menu!! I'm still devastated. But luckily they have plenty of other great options.

Join the UFO club!!!! Really cool way to make you try out new beers all the time. The beer menu is always changing. The food menu could use some improvements. Favorite night is Mondays. It's pint night. $3 most drafts. Good way to rack up beers cheap.

Great selection of beers. Too many selections, but that is a good thing. Pro-tip to the bud-light/coors drinkers, go somewhere else, they don't sling that garbage here. This is a spot for real beers.

100s of beers? Check. Beautiful waitresess? Check. Unique and interesting food? Check. Those three things are what make Flying Saucer great. Their beer selection is the best in the city and was complimented by how quickly our food and drinks came out. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. She offered her recommendations and they were wonderful. I'll definitely be going back.
