The International Communication Training Institute, in partnership with Reach Beyond and TWR Malawi, offers you the opportunity to improve your training and teaching skills, helping you develop the skills necessary, train more effectively, and assess and revise your own training methods.

The course is relevant to anyone seeking to provide high-quality training in a church or Christian organisation.

In the course you will explore: Characteristics of adult learning - Motivation of adults - Leading discussions - Handling feedback - Running exercises and simulations - Visual aids and handouts - Running a session - Evaluating training. The event includes practical sessions. You will practice teaching skills in small groups.

Participants can continue their training and obtain the ICTI Certificate in Training.
