Chloe's is great every time! It's a reliably delicious place to get breakfast or lunch. Coming early is key as this place will have a line flowing around the corner. With a stroller, consider coming on a day you can eat outside or abandon your stroller to sit at a table inside. The breakfast scrambles are all tasty but my preference is the Avocado-Jarlsberg option. For lunch, the half sandwich and salad is a smart choice. The portions are good, the staff is super friendly, prices are reasonable! Make sure to bring cash.

If only they had non-Cinnamon Croissant French Toast. I've been looking everywhere for Croissant French Toast (after trying it at Planet Dailies in Vegas), but no luck anywhere. At Chloe's Cafe, while they do serve Croissant French Toast, it's filled with cinnamon, which is a no-no for me. I asked whether they could make it without the Cinnamon, but was rejected as they pre-make the batter... unfortunately.. Though I tried some of my friend's.. the edges without the cinnamon, and it was heavenly! If only I could have more without cinnamon... So I opted for the Banana Walnut pancake with scrambled eggs and home fries. The banana walnut pancake was okay, but definitely wasn't the star. It was rather dense and dry instead of light and fluffy. It was kind of a let down, seeing what great reviews there are for these pancakes. The eggs are normal, but the home fries were pretty tasty! Overall, decent brunch place. But, it's cash only and limited seating available. Please make non-Cinnamon Croissant French Toast!!!

We love Chloe's. The food is great and reasonably priced. The staff are attentive without hovering. We usually have the avacado and jarlsberg scramble with an English muffin, bowl of fruit and a short stack of buttermilk pancakes between two, washed down with coffee and orange juice, or sometimes a mimosa! Simple, unpretentious breakfast/brunch food done consistently well.

Chloe's Cafe has a very long wait. I couldn't help but notice that their food safety score as of July 2013 was a 76 (needs improvement). However, I'm sure the food preparation was fine. My friend got the BLT with avocado which was delicious. I got the Tuna Salad Sandwich, which had a bit too much egg and mayonnaise for my liking, but it was well prepared. The sandwiches come with blue corn tortilla chips. There are free coffee and tea refills and they have cute sugar cubes at your table! Easy to get to via the J Muni.

Perfect for a brunch on a sunny day. Feels so homely that it's like you're at your grandmother's place being plied with good good. Check the specials, esp for the cranberry and almond pancakes

Lines are long so we mainly get takeout. The Chloe's Salad is great, as are the sandwiches on the walnut bread.
