My room was decent, nothing really stood out as bad or nasty. I travel alot and these beds where more comfortable then some of the $100 rooms. No complaints.

We had to stay in a smoking room because that's all that was available. The smoke smell slapped you in the face when you opened the door. The room looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in a while. There was hair all on the bathroom counter and sink from the person who stayed previously. We had to ask for new sheets because it looked like they never got changed and there was stains and hair on them. The toilet also looked like it had not been cleaned. Great location to stadium but they could use a good cleaning and maybe new staff since they aren't cleaning properly. I would not stay here again. Not for $135 a night anyways.

Location & Price. Great proximity to many downtown attractions at the best prices around; roughly half the cost of a night up near the airport. Small room, best for one person. No king sized rooms... All were either queen or doubles. Fridge, microwave, coat rack. Room was clean, but not in the best of shape. The shower wall was peeling off the wall and the bathroom door had a patch job where a hole had been knocked through it; looked like some blood was on the door as well. A sign on the building warns guests to park their cars there "at their own risk." And the desk clerk works behind bullet proof glass at night. So this location does come with some risk to your possessions and/or health. The staff was very nice and friendly. Free breakfast. Walls of the room are PAPER-THIN! Hope you enjoy listening to your neighbors. There is a 5-star review on here by a Raj Patel, the land deed in the main office lists a Mike Patel as the land owner, so definitely a conflict of interest with that review. Bottom line: budget rooms at budget prices in a sketchy neighborhood; but still conveniently located and suitable for a night's sleep at a price that can't be beat. Free WiFi too.. Decent signal strength and speed.

Our room was smoke free but smelled like smoke not to bad tolerable but I had to throw that out there. Breakfast was okay considering it's free. Everyone was nice to us and my stay was okay but what has hurt me the most is we stayed here back in August for 3 nights for a fun family get away to sixflags. My card had showed processing and we thought nothing of it. Here it is 4 months later in December on the 18th my card was just now charged from our stay back in August. I have two kids and this has hurt us a lot. It's Christmas for crying out loud. I understand we have to pay for our room in which we thought we did. Our bank account had shown processing and the funds weren't available to us so we thought it came out. Never put second thought into it. But they had a glitch in their system is what I was told when I called earlier, so people's cards are just now being charged. Well a phone call would have been nice since obviously they knew they didn't receive their money they could have let us know. This is horrible and awful customer service. Your taking from a family that's trying to survive in this world just like everyone else and when we took our vacation back in August it's because we had the money then. If I wanted a vacation in December I'd have taken it in December. This has hurt our family put us in a big bind. We have 3.00 on our account now. It's very sad and I know I will never be back nor will my family ever visit a Quality inn and suites. Idc how cheap they are.

Terrible experience. I grew up around a lot of hotels with a dad managing many and have worked at one so I understand not everything can be perfect. but I came to this hotel with extremely low expectations and it was worse! The staff was alright, but the breakfast was kind of gross and fake looking, the room and shower curtain were stained and walls were breaking. I could hear my neighbor taking a shower, that's how thin the walls were. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you're going to pay less than $40. I did the review and did receive an email from the GM apologizing so that was kind of nice but it's still a hotel I would never stay in again.

We stayed here last weekend so we could be close to AT&T Stadium for Sundays game.... The room was horrible. My husband drinks coffee so we went to Walmart to get the makings for his coffee and the coffee pot was broken, the TV reception was very fuzzy, the bathroom toilet was nasty (I had to clean it myself) the bed spread had cigarette burns in it and we called down for a wake up call and never got one. The free breakfast was disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
