I stayed there from the 16 to the 18th of Jan 2015 The staff was very nice. My front door had a space in between where i Had to put a towel underneath. When i called downstairs for extra towel, I also explained of why I was getting them. I wasnt even offered another room. My bathroom ceiling was peeling, where I will supply photos. I was in room 201...

As a heads up, the 5 star review below this one from Rachit Patel is the hotel manager. Not a hotel guest. I stay in hotels 250+ nights a year, not trying to act snobby but when your in hotels this often it takes a lot to really get to you. This particular Quality Inn refused to cancel and refund my money after calling in the morning for that nights reservation, something I never really see anymore. If there were an event going on or they just happened to be busy I would understand, but for a $45 a night hotel to turn me off of their brand by not refunding and cancelling my reservation when they had VERY low occupancy and plenty of time is a ridiculous thing to me. I have never once had this problem at Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt or LaQuinta properties which usually have my loyalty. Be more than a manager who reads verbatim hotel policy, use common sense and some brain power to further your brand power. Choice Hotels just lost what I was estimating to be about 30 nights in their properties this year. Well done, enjoy that $45.
