Worst place ever! Made reservations online. When I made it there, I paid with cash. They still charged my card days later saying I booked two rooms and was a no show. I only booked one room! They were never able to show me booking two rooms and refuse to reverse the charges. Room was gloomy and cheap. I will NEVER stay or advise anyone to stay here!

Worst experience ever in my whole life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My friend and I and our 3 kids stay at this location couple weeks ago, the room we got checked in was very dirty so they transfer us to another room, but when they did that they did on transferred us in the system, so at 12 midnight some ladies OPEN are room. We were all sleeping and they scared the kids very much. It was the worst feeling ever!!! I called the front office and the gentleman that answer was very super rude, we was more concern on why we got transfer instead of our safety. He did not apologize about the mistake they did. I go to the office and ask for the manager and they always deny them. Front office kept telling us that they pass the message but manager never called us back with any answer. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

My room was decent, nothing really stood out as bad or nasty. I travel alot and these beds where more comfortable then some of the $100 rooms. No complaints.

Very good price and with friendly staff. Rooms are quite small though.

The rooms were very clean. We checked in and thought we had reserved 2 beds but there was only one. They gladly changed that for us. Both rooms were clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great. The Apple juice and orange juice weren't that great but it's ok.

Absolute worst hotel EVER! Some one was in our original room, then the room we got booked into was filthy and disgusting!! We did get a full refund but will never go back. Also there was a guy who had clearly overdosed on front of his room. We returned the keys and told the front desk to call an ambulance. Just a hotel nightmare!!

Got a great deal on this room from hotwire. Its a nice place, clean room, free breakfast. I would happily stay here again if I can get a good deal on the room again.

Location & Price. Great proximity to many downtown attractions at the best prices around; roughly half the cost of a night up near the airport. Small room, best for one person. No king sized rooms... All were either queen or doubles. Fridge, microwave, coat rack. Room was clean, but not in the best of shape. The shower wall was peeling off the wall and the bathroom door had a patch job where a hole had been knocked through it; looked like some blood was on the door as well. A sign on the building warns guests to park their cars there "at their own risk." And the desk clerk works behind bullet proof glass at night. So this location does come with some risk to your possessions and/or health. The staff was very nice and friendly. Free breakfast. Walls of the room are PAPER-THIN! Hope you enjoy listening to your neighbors. There is a 5-star review on here by a Raj Patel, the land deed in the main office lists a Mike Patel as the land owner, so definitely a conflict of interest with that review. Bottom line: budget rooms at budget prices in a sketchy neighborhood; but still conveniently located and suitable for a night's sleep at a price that can't be beat. Free WiFi too.. Decent signal strength and speed.
