On behalf of Bonefish Grill, I want to sincerely apologize about your experience. We pride ourselves on having excellent food and service and it sounds like we failed to deliver with your experience. Every visit with us should be a great one. While we are happy to hear you joined us for your 10 year anniversary, we are sad to learn that everything wasn't perfect for your special day.
