I come here a lot and have never been disappointed, but last week I was served shrimp that was undercooked and it made me very sick. I love bonefish, but I don't think I will ever go back.

We just recently dined there tonight and we felt the staff and waitresses were superb. Unfortunately we brought our three small children with us one who has epilepsy and specifically asked the hostess not to seat others near us. It was early around 4:30-5:00pm when we arrived so we thought we had beaten the dinner crowd. Shortly after receiving our meals an older couple was sat in a booth directly across from our table. From the moment they were seated it was very apparent they were not happy with either their seats nor our children. Within minutes they were staring very rudely at our children and muttering loudly how they felt kids shouldn't be allowed to dine here! My middle daughter began to get "triggered" by the man's unwanted staring and preceded to have a meltdown/seizure. I became irate and stated that she had epilepsy and they were being very rude!! More words were exchanged and I had to take my daughter into the restroom for her to finish her seizure. All and all a poor experience if the hostess had just listened I feel this whole ugly scene could've been avoided.

The food was superb. All people in our party was happy with the appetizers, entrees, and dessert. Our waitress was great as well. A couple of complaints stop this review from gaining 5 stars. 1. We had a party of 6 so we got a reservation. When making a reservation, I don't expect to be seated at the exact time, but it should be reasonably close to the time "reserved". We waited a little over 15 minutes. 2. The waiting area is tiny. 3 people could sit in it. 3. The 6 of us were seated in a booth. There were 3 couples so one couple was the odd man out. It was very tight and uncomfortable. It was difficult to talk. 4. The booth we were seated in was in the bar area. There was loud music and football on the tv screens. I sat at the back of the booth and couldn't hear a thing the waitress said all night. I'm pretty loud and she asked me to repeat my order. Very loud music. I'm not sure why we weren't placed in another section. If they can fix their reservation and seating situation, they would have a winner.

Nick,the manager at Bonefish Grill, is incredibly generous and kind. When I'm looking for a nice place to eat in Omaha I always choose Bonefish. Unique menu, great staff, awesome food.

We came here for our 10 year anniversary. The waitress was very unengaged; she didn't ask if we'd been there before or explore why we came. She was very short, with little discussion, and little explanation about the menu. When we ordered the appetizers, $8.5, Beef Potstickers, she called them duplings, which had us confused if she had our order correct. They were very good, but not what we expected. Our dinners were okay. My husband got the Lobster Rolls, $16.5, (served with fries and coleslaw) they were cold (which could be how those come) but it was not what we expected. I got the 6oz. Sirloin and Crab cake, which was flavorful, but at $19.5, still small and not up to expectaion. We ordered a side of sweet mashed potatoes, which said $1.5, but we were charged $4.5. Overall, it was a poor customer service experience, with overpriced small food portions and somewhat decent flavor. We made a reservation ahead of time and was served at a middle table, instead of a booth, also not acceptable. With all the options available in Omaha, we can- at the least- say we've been there, but we won't be back.

Ordered take out hostess ran my card for another persons order took 45 mins to get the situation straighten out. Asked for the manager three times to try to speed the process along. When you order take out the purpose is you don't have 45 mins to spend waiting in the restaurant. None of the hostess or host would get the manager only said that the manager was in the back trying charge my card for the correct order. Food was cold no attempt to remedy the situation by offering to replace the now COLD order because of THEIR mistake; all but the salad had to be thrown out. Makes you wonder if a manager was around at all if and if so epic customer service FAIL.
