This is my favorite Ingress series. Each episode is a great story.
The conclusion of Operation River City Blues. Watch as Agent +Rebecca B (@RBFLY), +Mitch Pohlkamp, and +Jon Pohlkamp  overcome the impossible in order to complete their Operation.

Watch Ingress Obsessed 6 - Operation River City Blues (Part 1) here.

Now on iPhone!!!
Agents,

Over the last year and a half we've seen many inspiring stories of friendship, exploration and adventure from the Ingress community including epic feats like flying into an Alaskan storm on a bush plane, scaling mountains, and coordinating operations across international borders, demonstrating solidarity and friendship, all through something that’s become more than ‘just a game’ for many of us.  At Niantic Labs, we’re constantly amazed by these acts that demonstrate the power of community.

Today, we’re welcoming a new group of Agents into the community with the launch of Ingress for the iPhone & iPad: http://goo.gl/4bX9D5.  Ingress is now a true cross-platform mobile experience, with Agents across the world playing together in the same shared, global game.

For everyone who has been playing Ingress on Android, we hope this finally gives you a reason to reconnect with your iPhone friends :-)  Don’t forget to send them a link to Ingress Obsessed 3 - Epic Operation Megalodon!

This is a huge step forward for the Ingress community.  We can't wait to see what kinds of new adventures and friendships you create.  Don’t forget to share!

- +John Hanke

I spent Friday afternoon getting a tow hitch installed on my car. First off...I had no idea how expensive it was going to be. People (multiple people) kept telling me UHaul would install one for $125. That's cheap, I thought! However, that turned out not to be true (for my car at least). UHaul wanted $359 to install a tow hitch on my A3, and with the parts it was going to be over $750 for the installation!

I called around and got it installed slightly cheaper. If I had loads of free time, I would have installed it myself -- it's not trivial to do and would've taken a couple of hours and some new tools, but +CURT Manufacturing has videos and detailed guides.

If you need to get one installed, might I suggest: 1) do not wait until two days before your trip to try to schedule the install. I got lucky that +Eyers Hitch Center Inc could get the part the next day and were available to install it then too. 2) You can buy the parts cheaper online if you have time to get it delivered. I could have bought my Curt hitch for about $90 cheaper online. (Though I wonder if that affects the installation prices if you don't buy the parts there). 3) Make sure to ask not just for the hitch installation price but also what the wiring will cost. Because surprise! They thought I wanted to attach a bike rack, not drag a motorcycle around.

But I got all that done in time and drove America (that's what we call her and by "we" I mean everyone who sees the bike -- they just instinctually call it that) down south this weekend. I love the tow hitch. Love it. And I am super childishly delighted about all the things I can now attach to the back of my car!

My bananas are about to expire so I made these for breakfast. They were fast and easy to make (mix eggs and bananas while oil is heating over medium -- I used coconut oil), and sweet enough (with an overripe banana) that I didn't need any syrup.
ALL NATURAL PANCAKE
NO PROCESSED ANYTHING!!
- 1 ripe banana...
- 2 whole eggs
That’s it. Just mix together in a bowl and make sure the banana is all mashed. Then spray your pan with some "spray & cook" or coconut oil. On a low to medium heat, scoop some of the batter into the pan & give it about 20-30 sec, flip, and done! Serve and eat!
Have you tried this yet??

I'm not a vegan but I find myself eating more and more vegan meals. Ever since I read Skinny Bitch (http://www.skinnybitch.net/) a few years ago, I haven't been able to think about meat in the same careless way I used to.
Very relevant to Californians which are soon to be affected by drought. One of the biggest ways you could reduce your water footprint is to move towards eating less meat.

While it’s a well-established fact that meat production requires more water than fruits, vegetables or grains, an average water footprint of 2,000 gallons per pound of beef is enormous indeed.
