everythig was perfect! The food was amazing, the complimentary beer wine and snacks in the evening was my favorite, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The bed was so comfortable and like someone else said the sheets felt like butter! We came here for the first time on our honeymoon and are looking forward to coming back for our anniversaries. Everyone was quite a bit older than us so that was a little of a surprise but we really enjoyed our stay. Oh and the chocolate chip cookies in the lobby!! To die for!

They were so nice to let me charge my car using one of their 5 stations. We were even invited in to relax in the hotel's library while we waited. It's no wonder they were fully booked tonight, the property is very nice and they have a great staff.

My wife and I were on a photography trip throughout Oregon and didn't really have an reservations or plans other than ending up in Portland with a day trip out to the coast. We didn't expect to find anything near Cannon Beach but decided to give a few of the nicer hotels a call and see what we could find. We were thrilled that the Stephanie Inn had room on the third floor and is an all non-smoking and no-pets property. They gave us a deal we couldn't refuse and we ended up staying for two nights. The third floor dormer rooms are beautiful with a large walkout deck that made for a perfect place to enjoy the view of the ocean and Haystack Rock. The service was excellent and the included breakfast was very good. The dining room on the second floor has a great feel and wonderful light. While in town be sure to check out the Wayfarer Restaurant for a nice meal with a view from the other end of the beach. We would recommend the Stephanie Inn to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the area and we would definitely stay there again.

I fell in love with Cannon Beach from the first moment I arrived- Haystack Rock...need I say more? Oh yeah, you want to hear about the Stephanie Inn. Ok, it is a cozy little restaurant that is located within a hotel right on the beach. I went around Christmas time and thoroughly enjoyed the festive lights and tree. I ordered the 3 course meal (the chef was very accommodating and made it vegetarian) The food was amazing! Definitely a splurg...the wallet took a hit that night but hey- you only live once right!?

Such a beautiful experience! We were having such a dismal time on our holiday mostly due to rainy weather and a bad location farther down the coast, so on the off chance we started asking in at hotels in the Canon Beach area which were all booked up due to August crowds. A sister hotel to the Stephanie Inn phoned them to see if there was a cancelation and wow there was! And a suite no less! Well as soon as we committed to it the perks were announced! Happy hour and night cap with complimentary wines and cheese, ...around the clock tea, coffee and homemade chocolate chip cookies, a beautiful buffet breakfast served in the dining room, chairs to take out on the beach to watch the ocean and Haystack Rock to name a few. The king size bed felt like butter, the rooms were immaculate. The staff all seemed to be really proud and happy to work there and were all happy and super friendly, never snooty. I'm glad I got so many pictures because now it seems like a beautiful dream.

My wife and I have stayed at Stephanie's Inn over 10 times since it was built in 1996. From the moment you arrive, they treat you special: warm lobby with a crackling fire, fresh cookies, and comfortable chairs during sign-in. The rooms are fresh and ambiant, with a very large deck or patio. The wine "hour" (which is usually 2 hours) in the large library has unlimited local wines, crackers, and plenty of cheeses. Oh yes, the view from the library is breathtaking: Pacific Ocean with crashing surf, smooth and clean beach, and of course Haystack Rock. For those who wish to dine in, their dining room has excellent food and outstanding service. It is truly romantic!! The one and only negative of Stephanie's Inn is that the dining room does not have a view of the ocean. Instead, it has a wonderful view of the Coast Range to the east; not as romantic, but still great. After a wonderful sleep in their large beds, their breakfast (which is included in the daily rate) is first class. It's not a menu, it's a large buffet, ranging from fresh muffins and bread, cold and warm cereal and fresh granola, pancakes & waffles, omelettes, sausage, on and on and on. Fresh coffee and juices also. It's a real treat. To sum up, it's worth every dollar to stay there. We love it. They treat you like real royalty.
