Guys, Please dont buy any Samsung Product this festival session else be ready to suffer for many weeks to get any support on your product. Samsung provide very poor after sales service to us.
I bought all many Samsung product for my home (Refrigerator 350 ltr, LED, Washing machine, Oven, AC) all from Samsung in March this year. Within few months after purchase i m facing issue with their product. While asking for support every time they said your complaint are under process will take some time. Its been more than 45 days still no response from customer care. Even after reaching their 3rd level support still they are treating very badly.
You have to wait for 40-50 at-least min waiting for call support and there is no escalation matrix at all, you can check their website there is nothing on this.
This is really frustrating, wastage of your money. There are already a lot of ongoing problems on their page but no solution on them. Check its page where a lot of complaints are pending for long.
