Still great after all these years. I find the pizza dough a little salty, but the burrata, the meatballs and the pasta are all really outstanding. It's a warm and comfortable place that does not disappoint.

Awesome food! The wine food pairing is a must! My husband and I love to sit at the kitchen and watch them prepare the food. It's fascinating. My favorite ending is of course the chocolate torte.

Pizza Romana - where are the anchovies?? a scant sprinkling of black olives. 95% tomato and garlic in terms of taste, little else. Very disappointing $14 Fettucine - A cheesy film coats the pasta. Where is the rest of this dish? Basically just pasta and little else - Very disappointing $20 Italian is my favourite food type. Experienced it in Italy many times. This place is so mean with the non-carb ingredients, as it were. Am surprised it was busy.

I love A16. I enjoy sitting at the bar watching them construct and bake my pizza. They really know how to pair their wines with their foods. I have taken many out of town visitors here and it has always turned a regular meal into a great memory. You can dress semi-casual or dress up a little and you will fit in just fine, and I would not try to go in with shorts and flip flops though (just saying that because I saw that happen once and it looked awkward for that guy).

Ooooh pizza. Deelish pizza and the shishito pepper appetizer is nothing to turn your nose up at either. Love this place, even though it's in, ahem, the Marina.

What great little place to satisfy your hunger without a fast food feel to it. There seems to be low employee turnover here because if you frequent this place often enough the staff will begin to greet you by name. The service is above and beyond. The person I was having lunch with thought they messed up his order not bringing him fries. Turns out he was who was mistaken and the restaurant brought him out fries anyway - free of charge. I highly recommend the Mushroom Swiss Char with Sweet Potato fries. Lunch for two came to $19.63 : 5/5 overall
