Introduction
Louis N. Molino, Sr. is a thirty year veteran emergency services provider with both fire and EMS experience in urban, suburban and rural environments. He has been published in a number of national Fire and EMS magazines and has also been a Chapter Contributor for a number of major Fire and EMS texts. He has written a textbook on Incident Management for John Wiley and Son’s entitled Emergency Incident Management Systems: Fundamentals and Applications, He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the National Fire Academy Alumni Association for Region VI and is a Member of several other professional associations at all levels. He is currently a Fire and EMS author, consultant and instructor based in College Station, Texas and can be reached at LNMolino@aol.com and welcomes comments on his writing and all thing related to emergency srvices.
