Inflammation! Bad!
Not so. Inflammation is a sign of a healthy body which is healing itself. For inflammation is the immediate, natural, response to infection or injury.
So, how can you tell the difference between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ inflammation?

Doctors are pressurized, not least by the pharmaceutical industry. Which, nowadays, tends to be part of global conglomerates whose interest is purely commercial. No offense, but in most cases home remedies make me, actually, BETTER.

So, now emulsifiers are bad as well, at least if they are synthetic. And processed foods are full of them. Do we have to make everything ourselves?
I’m afraid so …. using good old eggs, maybe butter, we have no need for artificial gunk like that. Cheaper, nicer, and it will save on doctor’s costs in the long run!
