Just OK, food wasn't very good; cheap dinner experience with cheap ingredients (real fatty pork, heavy breaded chicken and shrimp). I didn't hate it but wouldn't go back, recommend an alternate choice.

Great local place. Don't let the spartan facade cool you. Not really a barbecue place, but good selection of japanese dishes.

I don't know what everybody else is getting good from, the food was bland and some of it was actually pretty gross. The food was safe, but very bland. I would not recommend going here. But the service was awesome, very nice people.

My wife found this place on a list of local favorites. We picked this place mostly because it was close to the hotel. So. Glad. We. Did. We loved it so much we went back the next night. Two nights out of the three we will be on the island we have eaten at the same place. The pride in the cook's eyes at my joy was a sign she takes it seriously.

This was the best place I took my family (Ono's runs a close 2nd, but it didn't have a/c and we're Alaskan ;), and while the food was a bit overpriced it was delicious. My wife had the macadamia nut crusted mahimahi (23.95) and I had a Japanese combo plate (16.95) but there were several other delicious entrees for under 13.00 We were both really pleased with our meal and experience (although the teriyaki beef was reminiscent of yoshida's it was still good) and we topped it off with one of the best coconut cream pies we've ever tasted. Highly recommend this place - the locals love it too.

Food and service was good. Definitely a hole in the wall, for the better.
