It applies to all works, whether commercial or non-commercial. Even if not a commercial word it still protects against someone abrogating the creators' moral rights or treating it unfairly.

Fair dealing is not 'fair use' that leads to others gaining ownership of your creative material- as happened only yesterday with Google gaining the rights to millions of authors' works.

So Oculus has been acquired by FB. Notch has pulled official work between minecraft and Oculus. Sony's VR headset still has a 40 millisecond delay. It'll be very interesting to see what happens with VR in the next few years.

I have been looking for a place like this for months (a consistently delicious and well-priced feed in North Sydney). I've been addicted to their salads since introduced to them by my brother (used to be one of his favourite lunch places). The salads here are some of the best I've ever had (I make my own salads at home and I'm selective when eating out). Would highly recommend grabbing a salad from the team at Saucy Salads - Their Juices are excellent and their soup is also fantastic. The Salmon Avocado salad is to die for and you can also choose your own. Enjoy.

Fantastic work from Sid and the team here. They put together my trophies well within deadline and they were amazing. Beautiful presentation and great packaging. The people receiving them were very happy with them also. I should also mention that I made quite a few crazy demands of them and they delivered on all of them. Thanks for your efforts.

This is our go to restaurant when in Castle Hill as we always know we're going to get great food here. I recently left a few shirts I'd bought at our table and the staff put it aside for me so that when I called up, I was luckily able to go and pick them up. Great food and honest service. Thanks!

One of the better rinks in Sydney. Definitely the best change rooms and general facilities for hockey although the scoreboard is impossible to read. The ice here and at Erina is nice to skate on.

Any time i'm out near Bathurst I always make sure to take the time to head to Taste Canowindra to see Bob and Marg for a good feed. I've been to a few of their events and they've always been great. Looking forward to visiting again in the near future!

We drove past and my partner mentioned she'd heard good things about the place so I booked something in. When we arrived the manager (Steven) made us feel welcome and was absolutely fantastic. It's a beautiful location and we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent. Many thanks.
