Pretty OK- maybe the third or fourth best donut shop in the area. These are not regular donuts- they are denser, greasier, and almost chewy. If you are looking for something light and fluffy, try the Cookie Jar, Tony's, or make the trip down to Congdon's in Wells (the best by far).

I have been a Holy Donut lover since the very beginning when the Bacon Cheddars were resting on that little black hot plate. Love at first sight. I rave about them to anyone who will listen. Love the GF Cinnamon & Sugar. Reminds me of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal from my childhood. My coworker gets the Holy Canoli religiously, which I tried for the first time today and let me say, it is a mind-altering experience. Oh my my..... Hand in hand, the absolute best donuts you will ever eat. The service is also impeccable. Coffee by Design coffee (local) and a selection of hand squeezed juices, boxed coconut water, san pellegrino's, and other milk and juices. You cannot go wrong here. Delicious. Every time.

My mouth is still watering from the wonderful taste! The donuts are, like huge. This may suprise you, but the donuts there are made of patados! It makes the texture feel so AWESOME! Most of them are glulton- free, so that makes them healthy (-er)! YUM, YUM, YUM, YUM,YUM...............

I don't like donuts generally, but these were good enough to serve at my wedding.

We were just visiting Portland for the first time, went past this doughnut shop and seen they were made with potatoes and had to try them, sooooooo delicious we went back for more! Coffee was amazing too everything was great and the service impeccable. The sea salt chocolate and chocolate vanilla were to dye for and heavenly. They are huge too! Well worth the price and so good! Cant wait to go back for more!! :)

We read that if you go to Portland, you have to go to the Holy Donut. Well, you have to go to the Holy Donut. They're the perfect donuts. The berry canoli is amazing. The owners are extremely friendly. Just go there, you won't be disappointed.

The best donuts in great Portland, easy. Probably the best Donuts I have ever had anywhere. Really a must stop for any visitors to Portland and if you live in Portland and you don't frequent this establishment on a regular bases we probably couldn't be friends. If you are only going to try one, pay the extra cents, for a Holy Cannoli.

Donuts made with mashed potatoes (for moistness) -- excellent idea that works! The two flavors we had were chocolate with sea salt and sweet potato with ginger glaze. Both were very good. I guess the only thing that I'm not on board with is the price: $2/each. It's only a donut, after all.
