Pros: - FRENCH TOAST (so custardy and creamy and magical) - everything is good - waitress gave us a new drink when a fly flew into ours Cons: - dinner is not as good as brunch Bottom line: Go for breakfast. Order the French toast. Enjoy bliss. I can't stop comparing every other French toast to Nopa's. I still think about how soft and melty the bread was, and how golden crispy the edges were... Dinner is not worth it though.

I brought my mom here for dinner and she loved it--great place for visiting parents. I want to try their brunch, I always here great things about it.

Francamente impresionante, me he dedicado a la Hosteleria toda mi vida. A sido una verdadera experiencia, cenar en la "Barra" maridando los platos con el bartender y sus cocktails. Brocoli, sardinas, pork chop, crep de postre. genial! Como presuntuoso, trabajan las temporadas cocinan expectacular yyyyyy cambia la carta cada puto dia! yo flipe!

Dinner @ midnight at one of the best restaurants in the city , what could be better than that ! Food fantastic and place so full of life and energy , watching the staff handle a constantly full house is awe inspiring ..Was my first visit and definitely not my last..

We visited NOPA twice while vacationing in San Francisco. What an awesome place! Artistic and delicious. I tried the Moroccan Vegetable Tagine & their Kale salad the first night. I was not disappointed! I enjoyed sitting at a table that overlooked the kitchen. Even caught sight of an Ohio tattoo on a kitchen cook - which made us feel right at home. As my boyfriend would say, "10/10 - would bang". This place rules.

Been here a number of times and never been let down. The pork chop is the best I've had anywhere, hands down, and service is always phenomenal. Usually able to get reservations a few days in advance if you book for a Sunday evening. Anything outside of that, mark your calendar a few weeks ahead.

"A true San Francisco hot spot for good reason", this "innovative" NoPa bi-level boîte "always impresses" with its "locally sourced", "wood-fired" Californian dishes and "delicious artisanal cocktails", all served past midnight by "hip" staffers who'll "give you an honest recommendation" on what to order; yes, it's "loud" and full of "eye candy", but you really "can't go wrong", whether it's for a "fabulous" brunch, "chef's night out" or drinks at the "popular bar" – that is, if "you can get in." Absolutely fantastic brunch place. Going in, I heard everyone rave about the custard French toast. I got the goat cheese bread pudding instead, and it was phenomenal. The goat cheese was definitely the star of the dish, and it wasn't too heavy. I went with a group of people and our server suggested we just get a few orders of the French toast to split. That was definitely the right move; the French toast is very thick and a little heavy. It was very good, but a few bites was definitely enough for me. I also had the orange cocktail, which was excellent. Nice and fruity and light. We had a large group and the staff went out of their way to figure out a way to let us all sit together, so we didn't have to split up (although we were willing to). Fun place, great food and drinks, and absolutely fantastic service. I will definitely be back.
