I've lost quite a bit of fitness over the summer, but I'm looking to get back to regular consistent training over the winter and hopefully back in shape come the spring racing season.

My spring A-race is going to be a half marathon. I ran it last year as a tune-up for a marathon and ran 1:17:05, but this time round it's going to be my main race. Hopefully I'm still fit enough to go sub 80 mins, but I doubt I can get back in 1:17 shape between now and then.

The plan is miles, and lots of them :)

What are people's targets for their next A-race?
