I am not one to ever write reviews, but I left Firestone today feeling so well taken care of, I felt a review was the very least I could do. Typically my experience as a single women dealing with my car is confusing and I'm often wondering if I'm being duped. I came in with a flat tire and was also wondering if my alignment was off. The manager, Donald told me they would check my alignment and either repair or replace my tire. They replaced my tire and I only had to pay the prorated cost of the new tire, so my total with taxes and labor was $29. The manager told me my oil was low, so one of the technicians topped off my oil for me before I left, free of charge (which he also explained that my low oil would be why my engine had been making noises from time to time). As I drove away I noticed immediately that my alignment was fixed and the engine was running normal and smooth again, all for only $29. I felt blessed by the entire experience and will definitely always go back to this same Firestone, as well as recommend friends to this location.

Beautiful wedding venue! If you are having your reception in the pavilion, I would designate one trusted person to be the decision maker regarding the sides being put up or down due to inclement weather (wind, rain, cold temperatures). Otherwise, the event coordinator may not know who to take direction from which leaves room for miscommunication/ uncomfortable guests. Otherwise, the wedding I was apart of was Beautiful and the staff was very sweet and wonderful. I was particularly touched when I was outside taking photos with the wedding party and I saw the owner outside helping arrange centerpieces and putting flowers in all the right spots for the reception (that seemed cool and unique to me). After the ceremony and cocktail hour, I walked into the reception and found it to be the most beautiful reception I'd ever seen.

My first experience with Bellaire Tire & Auto was when I dropped my car off to have my brake pads replaced. I'd been hearing noises and just assumed (clueless car owner) that it was time, so I asked them to do it. They called me after inspecting my car and told me I had another 7,000 miles with my brake pads before they needed to be replaced. So honest! Anywhere else would have changed them and charged me, no questions asked. This was about 6 years ago. I've had nothing but positive experiences since then, even with small things like them replacing my gas cap for free when working on my car (and those things cost about $40). They are great and the only mechanic in Houston that I'll go to.

I'm not big into lifting weights, have always been intimidated by that sort of thing, but the coaches take the time to ensure proper form and technique with a "go at your own pace" attitude. It's a very encouraging environment and I wouldn't be doing crossfit if it weren't for this gym with all it's uniqueness. I highly recommend to anyone!
