It is true that we had an appointment scheduled with this client that we had to cancel and for that we apologize. However, representatives booking appointments are employees of the company and inspections are confirmed at the time of a call. This was a simple mistake in scheduling that we caught and notified the customer within 2 hours of the original call. We are not perfect BUT we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and use situations like this to improve our business in the future.
