Digital Mountain augments team with experienced Business Development executive, Phil Guthrie.

Phil Guthrie joins Digital Mountain as Director of Business Development, where he will lead sales and business development activities. Mr. Guthrie brings over 20 years of solid experience in legal technology consulting and sales. Most recently, he served as a Regional Sales Director and VP of Sales for several eDiscovery software and service providers and as a consultant to a number of Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw 200 firms.

The continued growth of Digital Mountain’s leadership team follows a record growth year for the company, with 2018 on track to be the company’s most successful year to date. “With the continued explosion of our core electronic discovery, computer forensics, and cybersecurity services,” stated Julie Lewis, President and CEO of Digital Mountain, “we are excited to have Phil Guthrie, a well-respected sales leader with a proven track record, join our energetic and entrepreneurial team.”

Bitcoin Angel investor was the victim of not one, but two, cellphone hacks which resulted in a loss of $24 million dollars of cryptocurrency assets. Placing the responsibility for the loss on the carrier, the investor has filed suit against AT&T for actual and punitive damages of $224 million, and highlights some popular mobile security scams.
