This is one of those places in San Francisco that you will want to say you have been. Its authentic Chinese food yet its very touristy at the same time. Its located on the cusp of Chinatown and Northbeach. I would take public transportation if you can.

The food is wonderful - Asian Fusion. Very tasty with lots of fish entrees. The fried salmon roll with the hot mustard sauce is a must with white wine. Everything else continues to be flavorful and worthy of the prices. The only complaint is the restaurant feels like you are in a cafeteria and the tables are so close that you feel you are having dinner with the folks at the next table.

The food here is delicious and the atmosphere is very low key. I would consider this a date place as its tucked in South Park away from the hub yet its quite elegant inside. The service was friendly and made you feel special during the dining experience.

Its a casual place to hang out on the Embarcadero. The portions were on the small side but the food was very tasty. Its not very expensive. There are tables outside that you can sit at and people watch. The service is great as they do bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need.

This is a small library but it has a great selection of new books, videos and music. If you are unable to find what you are seeking at this branch, you can always order it online to be delivered or the librarians will help you. The hours seem to be cut back.

This is a great place to browse if you aren't looking for anything in particular. There are very, very expensive items and then there are very very inexpensive items that run from underwear to full length gowns. There are mark downs fairly often so no matter what you should be able to find a bargain. There are designer clothes and shoes too.

This is a great place to hang out whether you are on your computer or watching the games. The service is friendly. The food is descent but nothing too out of the ordinary. The Tomato Soup is great on a chilly day. There is always a special smoothie available. You can always count on a great breakfast and great coffee.
