A well-packaged book from +Alex Mayo came ever so quickly. (If that isn't a softball, I don't know what is.) Thanks, Alex.

Received an expertly packaged package of DCC goodness from +Oghma McDaniel today. Well-deserved thanks to him.

I had an absolute blast working on the layout for the newest adventure for +David Lewis Johnson Gathox setting. From the front cover to the last page, this thing is badass.

I love what incredibly creative people like David can do (in this case, using S&W as a default ruleset) that makes D&D feel nothing like D&D. Thanks +Mike Evans you sexy beast, you. #DIY RPG

Had an awesome Free RPG day playing in +Michael Bolam's funnel at the best RPG/comic store in Pgh, Phantom of the Attic (in Oakland). His #xcrawl #mcc #dcc #cuabm mash-up was a blast.

After seeing a link to this "album" on Bandcamp, and purchasing it based on the fact that it's awesome, I was introduced to a new (for me) genre of music. Seems like Dungeon Synth is a thing I liked but didn't know existed. I love this release (inspired by on an awesome PocketMod adventure by +Stuart Robertson) and some of the influences I can hear when listening to it -- 80s videos games themes, John Carpenter's scores, the Stranger Things soundtrack, etc.

Doing some searching on Bandcamp and YouTube have resulted in a variety of Dungeon Synth tunes -- some great, some not so much. But I'd be up for recommendations from more experienced fans on more music like this (https://heimatderkatastrophe.bandcamp.com/album/hdk-05-the-citadel-of-evil). Thanks!

There is a feeling I get from some RPG products (also some comics, etc) — it’s like I can feel the pure unbridled enthusiasm of the creator of the work. The passion for the content shows through. Like the fire in the creator’s belly was hot enough to singe the edges of the damn thing. Is there a word that encapsulates that idea?

That’s the feeling I get from products like the some of the ones pictured here by +Mike Evans, +James V West and +Gavin Norman. But there are many others — this is an amazing time to love RPGs.

I don’t get this feeling from big, corporate-y mass-produced games. But I can connect to the passion of these individual creators — it’s like their love of this hobby reaches out and slaps me in the face. You know, in a nice way.
