S/he negotiates and closes new business with minimum monthly revenue quotas and performance standards.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for meeting sales/market plan goals focusing on new account development.
• Develops quality prospects within business model.
• Identifies and qualifies customers and conducts comprehensive customer needs analysis to generate sales.
• Successfully negotiates long term customer contracts.
• Develops pricing schedule that meets the company’s gross margin objectives.
• Establishes and manages metrics that demonstrate the company’s value proposition to the customer.
• Conducts surveys and designs planographs based on customer needs.
• Provides market intelligence to assist the company to meet market demands.
• Submits in timely manner, in the format requested, all written reports required by management.
• Fosters the company Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of our company's vision and unity of purpose.
• Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required

These roles allow for a great deal of autonomy with a high degree of accountability. Territories are protected; this will be the only biz dev person in the role with a dedicated account management and service support team to manage the day-to-day account management/servicing needs of new clients.

There is a commission structure for this role; however, the company provides extra subsidy during the first six months' ramp-up time.
