This spot hit my hunger spot every time. It's an order as you go place, where you order the start, the meat, and the toppings as you go down the line. I love getting a roti pita sandwich but it always ended overflowing with toppings, so I have to eat it like a salad at first. If you like spicy, get the S'hug sauce! It's one of the best hot sauce ever.

I've been to this location about 4 times and the staff is absolutely wonderful. However, the last two times I have gone, I have ordered steak and they had to prepare it while I was there (I guess they ran out of the prepared steak). Anyway, both times, I ordered the steak sandwich and when I got back to work, I realized the the steak was nicely browned on the outside and COMPLETELY RAW on the inside. Ugh. I hope I don't get food poisoning and I hope that the friendly workers learn to cook the steak properly. I think I will get vegetarian if they don't have any prepared meats next time I go.

Not bad for a quick mediterranean meal. They have an impeccable gluten free cross contamination prevention policy (one person changes their gloves and handles your plate down the entire assembly line) and the fact that they offer gluten free pita is excellent. The food is tasty, but I've had better hummus and shwarma. I love the roasted veggies, though!

My husband and I came to this location for lunch because of the ease of finding a parking spot, but after receiving our food, we quickly found out that convenience and quantity can't replace quality. we got bigger portioned scoops of rice and toppings but the broccoli and carrots (grilled vegetables) were ice cold. I was also charged for an additional sauce on the side. :-( I guess we will continue to visit the Dearborn location where the food is hot, the sauce is free and having my husband to circle the block is well worth it!

I love mediterranean food. Roti is pretty awesome. I came in with a half off coupon and got a very filling and nutritious lunch for less than $5. Will be back!

I usually go to the Roti at 33 N. Dearborn before going to Broadway in Chicago, but this location is right near the Cadillac Palace Theatre and I met friends here before a show. That said, they were not at all prepared for dinner service at 6pm on Tuesday and did not have pitas ready nor chicken, which they had to prepare as we waited 5-10 minutes for the kabob meat on the grill. They only made enough to serve 2 people and by the time that was ready, there were another 8-10 customers in line - many wanting chicken. The plus was that it was made to order, and so were the pitas but it took forever. I ordered mine as a wrap which was very sloppily put together and very messy to eat. In general, I will go back to the Dearborn location for dinner service and leave this one to deal with the lunch rush.

Found Roti by accident for lunch one day. Thought food was wonderful and extremely inexpensive especially for downtown. Spoke with a friend about Roti. She said top Chipotle execs resigned to invest in Roti so expect to see more locations popping up soon. Can't wait!!
