Mountain Climbers are a great movement to create core stability and hip mobility. Itโ€™s a great way to engage the glutes and separate the right from the left. This really helps athletes with change of direction and knee driving/foot striking during linear sprints - like in soccer, football, basketball, lacrosse or simply running.
