There was a short wait (15-20min) for brunch. Chow has a great front yard that has many chairs and even has coffee for anyone waiting to be seated which i thought was a great touch. The place was very busy and everyones food looked great, and everyone seemed very pleased. Everything we got was perfect. Some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. Staff was very helpful and the atmosphere was great. As i mentioned they were very busy and the staff did a great job with the rush! I was so happy with the food and setting that I didn't even want to leave! I highly recommend this place, especially for someone looking for a restaurant with responsible and ethical business practices. Eat local!

Chow is Exquisite. My favorite place to eat in Bend, I go maybe to often and can never have enough of this place. Great service, good vibes, great people and this is the kind of food we live for.

During our visit to Bend my wife and I had the opportunity to dine at Chow. We found the decor to be comfortable and inviting. The staff was friendly and informative making sure all of our questions were answered and providing pleasant conversation. We both ordered from the list of specials being offered. She ordered the Shrimp Benedict while I chose the Pulled Pork Benedict. Hers was a light dish with a combination of flavors that delighted the palate. Mine was slightly heavier but no less delicious. We were offered a wide selection of sides with our entree. We both chose the Chai Caramel French Toast as our side. I cannot sufficiently describe how light and flavorful it was. Overall we could not have been more pleased with our breakfast experience. Thank you Chow.

The phrase of this breakfast was f@$!# yes. I am a chef and have a hard time finding breakfast that I can finish and enjoy. The Blackstone is fantastic and the fresh ingredients shine through to a wonderful symphony of flavors. Once again f@$!# yes. Thanks guys I'll be back soon

Poor service, average food. Tried this place twice and was twice disappointed. First time waited an hour for a table, people who arrived after us were seated before us. Then, once seated had terrible service, slow servers, forever to get food, and the food isn't even that good. Second time had an aloof server, they were out of an ingredient in a drink that I ordered and he didn't offer any suggestions, just took my food order and walked away. And again, the food is not even that good. Over-rated west side joint supported by wannabes.

Delicious, Fast & Fresh — exceptional restaurant. Loved the gluten-free bread with butter and homemade jam. The eggs Benedict was to die for. Casual atmosphere. Cozy, located in a renovated house...has a very homey vibe. All this, and organic and sustainable to boot.

We never even got seated. I understand when a place is busy, but this was ridiculous. The hostess told us it would be half an hour, which we didn't complain about. When she asked our name, she actually rolled her eyes at ud.
