Pros: Very good food, incredible hash. Eggs were perfect, in house hot sauce was VERY good. Highly recommend if from out of town. Cons: Coffee was dreadful. Their website (and employee T-shirts) boast of "keeping it local', but they served watery San Francisco coffee. Cheap and not local. It's one thing to serve thin diner coffee at a self-proclaimed Breakfast spot, but another to boast being local with this terrible coffee, all the while BackPorch is a block away... :( TLDR: Amazing food, good hot sauce, crappy coffee, not sure how local

There was a short wait (15-20min) for brunch. Chow has a great front yard that has many chairs and even has coffee for anyone waiting to be seated which i thought was a great touch. The place was very busy and everyones food looked great, and everyone seemed very pleased. Everything we got was perfect. Some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. Staff was very helpful and the atmosphere was great. As i mentioned they were very busy and the staff did a great job with the rush! I was so happy with the food and setting that I didn't even want to leave! I highly recommend this place, especially for someone looking for a restaurant with responsible and ethical business practices. Eat local!

Chow is Exquisite. My favorite place to eat in Bend, I go maybe to often and can never have enough of this place. Great service, good vibes, great people and this is the kind of food we live for.

During our visit to Bend my wife and I had the opportunity to dine at Chow. We found the decor to be comfortable and inviting. The staff was friendly and informative making sure all of our questions were answered and providing pleasant conversation. We both ordered from the list of specials being offered. She ordered the Shrimp Benedict while I chose the Pulled Pork Benedict. Hers was a light dish with a combination of flavors that delighted the palate. Mine was slightly heavier but no less delicious. We were offered a wide selection of sides with our entree. We both chose the Chai Caramel French Toast as our side. I cannot sufficiently describe how light and flavorful it was. Overall we could not have been more pleased with our breakfast experience. Thank you Chow.

The phrase of this breakfast was f@$!# yes. I am a chef and have a hard time finding breakfast that I can finish and enjoy. The Blackstone is fantastic and the fresh ingredients shine through to a wonderful symphony of flavors. Once again f@$!# yes. Thanks guys I'll be back soon

Food were decent but not worth 15~20 dollars a plate especially with their poorly service. Servers were spilling and dropping stuff left and right. First spilled water all over the table then knocked down the sauce bottles and spilled our creamer, the waitress asked if we need more creamer and she just brought back the 1 she spilled, it barely had any left not even 1/4, that was very unprofessional and ridiculous.

Delicious, Fast & Fresh — exceptional restaurant. Loved the gluten-free bread with butter and homemade jam. The eggs Benedict was to die for. Casual atmosphere. Cozy, located in a renovated house...has a very homey vibe. All this, and organic and sustainable to boot.
