Proof That Law Attraction Really Works – Try This

If you’re new to law of attraction and need proof that law of attraction really works here are some simple exercises you can use to prove to yourself that this is for real.

I have been studying and using law of attraction for over 20 years and I still like to do simple exercises to sharpen my skills. The more you use law of attraction, the better you will get at it and the faster things will manifest in your life.

I like to create simple experiments, with law of attraction, to manifest weird items, things you don’t see around every day, and see how fast I can make them appear. Doing these exercises will strengthen your law of attraction powers, or at least prove to you once and for all of that law of attraction is real. 

Many of you learn a little bit about law of attraction, and how it works, then set out to get your ex back in three days or less, make enough money to pay the bills by the end of the month, a miracle cure for the illness that’s going to require surgery that is scheduled next week…and so on.

The problem is when you are desperate to attract something, it will never happen. Because you are desperate and really need what you desire your trying to attract with the wrong mindset. When you are thinking desperately with a lacking point of view all you will do is attract more of the same.

This is why I recommend practicing law of attraction with simple experiments or exercises. Pick something you would like to manifest in your life that you could “care less” if it really appears are not. This way you are not attached to it, you really don’t need it and it’s no big deal.

These are fun to do and when you do need something important in your life you can look back on these and remember how you got into that feeling of already having what you desire. It will make manifesting something important to you much easier in the future.

When you’re trying to manifest something in your life using law of attraction you must feel as if you already have it. This is the way law of attraction works, you must come from a place of knowing that it is already in your life, then it will show up.

Here are a few examples of simple law of attraction exercises I use, that you can try. It will prove to law of attraction is real and sharpen your skills.

The first one I did recently was I wanted to manifest a book of matches. Your thinking book of matches, why? The reason for that is, I could care less if I actually manifest a book of matches and since I don’t even smoke and I have no attachment to my desire, meaning I could care less if it actually shows up in my life are not.

Of course I really want to manifest a book of matches but this is the way you have to think when you are really trying to manifest something important to you. So… to start, I did a visualization session of me finding a book of matches, picking it up, smelling sulfur, feeling the paper and opening the lid. Then I imagined running my thumb over the matches. Hold it in your mind for as long as you can until you can really feel and smell a book of matches. You can do this several times if you need to until you really get into the feeling.

Proof That Law of Attraction Really Works Part 2

Part Two –  Read part one here….After I did that I forgot about it, let it go, unattached from my desire. Knowing that it will appear in my life, I said it is done. Oh, and by the way the reason I picked a book of matches is because you really don’t see them around anymore, everyone has lighters. It just something you don’t run into everyday.

Can you guess what happened next? Within a few days I ran into many books of matches. I was at a friends house and we needed batteries they told me to look in the kitchen drawer. I opened the drawer to search for batteries and laughed when I saw several books of matches, but no batteries.

They told me to look in the garage cabinet. No batteries but I found a pack of matches. The next day I was cleaning out one of my drawers you guessed it, I found several books of matches.

The one that counted the most to me was, I was visiting a local pub and the person next to me took out a book of matches and lit their cigarette. When they left, they left the matches on the counter and did not come back for them, so I picked them up figuring the universe wanted me to have them.

So there you have it, I wanted to manifest a book of matches and suddenly I was seeing them everywhere. Try it. Or pick something simple like that you don’t really care about and see how fast you can manifest it. It’s a great way to practice law of attraction.

Another simple experiment I did recently was I wanted to manifest a tennis ball. Now, I do not play tennis and have not seen a tennis ball in many years. There are no tennis courts anywhere near where I live and there are no kids playing with balls in my neighborhood, in fact there’s an empty lot next to me.

I did a visualization session of me finding a tennis ball in my yard, near my car, where I parked outside. I visualized myself walking outside looking around in the grass next to my car and finding a tennis ball. I imagined I picked it up and felt the soft outside of the ball I gave to squeeze to feel the softness of it and then bounced it on the ground a few times.

Yes, these are the actual items I manifested with law of attraction!!

Tennis balls also have a sort of rubbery smell so I imagined I was smelling it too. In other words get into the feeling of actually finding a tennis ball holding in your hands, use all your senses to make it as real as possible. This is how you actually use law of attraction to attract things in your life.

So guess what? A few days later I completely forgot about my little experiment and went outside to get some fresh air. I walked over by my car and for some reason looked in the grass (you are guided by the universe to do the right things at the right time) and believe it or not, seen a tennis ball sitting there. I still get excited thinking about it. Now it was not exactly where I imagined it would be, but it was close enough Within 10 feet :).

So how weird is that? Where did a tennis ball come out of nowhere, in a neighborhood with no tennis courts, no kids, no dogs, in other words I just can’t imagine why it should appear, except for law of attraction. There is no other reason for it.

I love doing these experiments have been for many years now. I recommend you practice a few and then when you need something, I mean really need something in your life you will have the powers to attract it. All you have to do is replace the way you attracted something, when you don’t care about it, with something that is really important you, it works, trust me.

How to Manifest Faster with Law of Attraction

If you are using law of attraction to manifest something you would like in your life and wonder if there is a way to make that process happen faster here are a few tips you can use to make things manifest faster in your life.

So you have picked out your desire or goal that you would like to happen. You have been using visualization, affirmations and practicing gratitude in your life but you are still waiting for your desire to appear. Where is it? Why is it taking so long?

If you want your manifestation to appear faster you have to detach from it. Of course you still want your desire to appear in your life but you can not be stressed or worried about it, this will only defeat everything you’re trying to do.  

When you come from that frame of mind you are actually attracting exactly what you don’t want, you’re pushing your desire away from you even further. What you are actually doing is attracting the lack of your desire because that’s really what you are thinking and feeling deep down.

When you worry about a desire and why it is not coming you are thinking of the lack of it and that’s what you’re going to attract more of. You need to think about what you’re thinking about.

Sometimes I will tell people you need to completely detach from your goal. When you detach and let go you are no longer worrying about achieving your desire or goal and then, coming from that frame of mind, it will appear.

Think about the last time you needed a job really bad. You worried about it, stressed about it because money was not coming in and so on. You visualized and used law of attraction to get a job and eventually you did. What happened next? I can almost guarantee you had a flood of offers come in, all at the same time.

Why did that happen? It is because you let go and released your goal or desire and were no longer worrying about it. You detached from it. The universe still knew you wanted it and was now ready to deliver it to you because NOW you were in the perfect frame of mind….feeling like your “already had” what you wanted…because you actually did… therefore the flood of offers poured in.

This is why you need to FEEL, THINK and ACT like you ALREADY have something in order for it to come into your life. Law of attraction works very fast and efficiently if you can get into this frame of mind.

I’ve seen the same thing happened many times in other situations when people let go. Let’s take for example you are single and looking for someone you can date. You go on all these online dating sites write your profile, go on many dates but still nothing is working out.

You eventually meet someone that is a perfect match for you and soon after that you meet three other people that you would like to date at the same time. Feast or famine, isn’t that the way it always works out? It’s because you are no longer attached to your desire and are coming from a better frame of mind in other words you are aligning with your desire and now the universe can deliver, and boy does it deliver sometimes.

Some of you are worried about getting an ex back in your life. You worry and get stressed about it, can’t sleep and miss them so bad you can even eat sometimes. What do you think this is going to bring you more of? You are basically showing the universe with law of attraction this is what you want.

It’s not what you want of course but this is the way the universe works. You get what you think about and feel about. This is the language of the universal mind and this is how law of attraction really works.

You think and worry about what you don’t want and that’s exactly what you’re going to get. Law of attraction and the universe knows no difference whether it is good or bad it just delivers what you are showing it.

I hope that helped explain how law of attraction works to some of you that are new to this. You must only think about things you want because this is what you are going to get.

Another way to speed up the process is to use meditation. Meditation is a simple process where you sit quietly and think of nothing, you completely shut off your mind and relax. While it is a simple process, it takes a little practice to shut your mind down. I will do another post on it shortly.

Meditation can speed up the process of law of attraction because you are no longer thinking or worrying about what you do not have, you just stop thinking for a while and give yourself a break. The universe knows what you want already and by meditating and shutting your mind off you can connect with a higher power. This is where inspiration and great ideas come from.

Why Law of Attraction Fails And What You Can Do About It

Have you ever tried using law of attraction and it failed? You watched the movies, read the books and put into practice law of attraction to manifest something in your life that you desired and it did not work. You swear you are using law of attraction right, at least you thought you were.

The problem is most people still do not get how to use law of attraction properly. Therefore getting no results and then go around stating that law attraction doesn’t work, it’s fake…all a scam. 

What most people do is they think about what they do not want without realizing it. One of our popular posts on this website is how to get your ex back with law of attraction. Most of the comments and many of the emails I received asking for help tell me that people are using law of attraction completely wrong.

If you go read some of the comments on my other post you can see people are thinking about exactly what they don’t want. For example, my boyfriend is now with someone else, I can see he is happy, he has moved on, this isn’t working.

I can’t see how this will ever work, they are with someone else new now…. And so on. I can tell by these statements the most people are doing exactly what they should not be doing for law of attraction to work.

You get what you think about. Read that statement several times. You get and attract into your life what the majority of your thoughts are on. When I hear statements like I see my boyfriend with someone else, he’s so happy now, they look like a good couple, what can I do, I miss him so much…

They are thinking about what they are missing, what they are lacking, what they do not want to attract into their life and focusing on all the wrong things that are just going to bring them more of the same because that’s what they are thinking about most of the time.

If you are trying to attract and ex back into your life using law of attraction you should not worry about them  being with another person, what they are doing, what’s on their Facebook page, whether they look happy or not without you…. how can we get back together…how can this ever work?

I will say it again, you get what you think about, if you’re thinking about thoughts like the above paragraph that’s all you’re going to attract more of into your life whether you want it or not. You cannot attract what you want into your life by thinking about what you do not want, the universe knows no difference and will give you what you are picturing in your mind.

By holding thoughts and pictures in your mind you are telling the universe exactly what you desire in your life. If you are thinking about your ex with another person basically you are telling the universe by thoughts and pictures this is what you want.

To make law of attraction work you must think thoughts and hold pictures in your mind of exactly what you do want and nothing else. If you want your ex back you must hold pictures in your mind, think thoughts and get into feelings of already being back together with your ex.

Then you are telling the universe by thoughts and pictures this is what I want, and then and only then law of attraction will work for you. Do not worry about the how, that is not your job, it will happen in its own most efficient way. Many times in ways we would never expect.

Law of attraction works and that has been proven many times. Learn how to use it properly and your life will never be the same. One of my favorite saying is from Henry Ford –

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.”

Winning The Lottery With Law of Attraction

Since many of you seek more money in your life one question I get asked a lot is is winning the lottery with law of attraction possible? The answer to that question is yes! Here is a story of one of my customers that has won the lottery twice already.

David contacted me through email and asked me if it was possible to increase his chances of winning the lottery with law attraction principles and our subliminal program. 

I told him yes, you get what you think about. If you spend part of your day visualizing yourself winning the lottery, really getting into the feel of already winning you greatly increase your chances of winning over everyone else.

The way the law of attraction work is, like attracts like and the universe works by feelings and pictures in your mind, not words. Words are used to get yourself into the feeling.

After we talked you still skeptical but said he would give it a try. I told him to go after a small amount in the beginning because it’s more believable, and then work his way up to bigger lottery winnings.

You absolutely must belief that it is possible to win the amount you are seeking through a winning lottery ticket.

This is where our subliminal power system comes in. By making your own custom-made subliminal messages that you listen to daily, filled with positive affirmations about winning the lottery you will remove all blocks from your mind and greatly increase your chances of winning the lottery.

Our true beliefs are locked away in our subconscious mind. Once you change your beliefs your subconscious mind will get to work making your new beliefs appear in your life.

Once your subconscious mind truly believes your desire or goal it cannot fail, it does not know how to fail, it will not stop until it succeeds in making your new belief the reality.

 Somehow you will be in the right place at the right time buying your ticket. You will be led by your subconscious mind so naturally you will not even realize it. David told me he was driving home from work and had the sudden urge to stop and pick up a ticket.

This is why subliminal programs are so powerful. Anyways back to the story. After several emails back and forth with David he created his subliminal program and listen to them daily.

He told me after a few days of using the program along with visualization he felt excited and truly believed he was going to win the lottery very soon.

A few days later he purchased a scratch off ticket from the local convenience store and won a couple hundred dollars, I don’t recall the exact amount but the fact is that he won and  now truly believed this was working.

He continued his daily visualization sessions along with his subliminal program that he created for himself using our subliminal power system and decided to go after a larger amount.

I’m excited to say I received an email from him today telling me that he won $5000 this time with a scratch off ticket!

Personally I have never tried this method myself but I think I will give it a shot since it seems to be working for David. After all would not like to win the lottery?

People use all other types of systems and methods to try to win the lottery I believe the law of attraction is based on principles that really work.

How You Can Use Email and Law of Attraction To Attract Whatever You Want

 

Whether you want to attract a new job, money or perhaps get an ex back email and letter writing is one of my favorite tools that will speed up your attraction factor.

Let’s say you are trying to get your dream job. One tool I like using, that will help your visualization sessions is to write yourself an email or an actual paper letter and mail it to yourself.

Write the email or letter as if you received it from the person you are expecting to hear from. Write as if you already got what you desire. 

For example let’s say you are trying to get a new job, write yourself a letter congratulating you on getting the job and a welcome to the company. Write it as if it came from the person that interviewed you or the person in charge of hiring then mail it yourself.

This will set the principles of law of attraction into motion. The same thing can be done if you are trying to attract and ex back. Write yourself an email or letter as if it came from them telling you how much they miss you and want you back.

You may be surprised just how effective this technique is. Within a few days don’t be surprised if you get a letter very similar to the one you wrote I’ve seen it happen many times.

Here’s another example, lets say you are trying to attract a large sum of money into your life. Now how would you write a letter about that? One way you can do it is write a press release as if you already succeeded and were being interviewed by the local or national media.

This would also work if you’re trying to win the lottery using law of attraction. Write yourself a press release or news article as if you had been interviewed as a winner of the mega lottery! What kind of questions would they be asking you? What would your responses be?

If you’re more likely to receive an actual paper letter in the mail go ahead and write yourself one of those and actually mail it to yourself. When you receive it in a few days open it and get excited when you read it, as if for the first time.

These techniques will help you get into the feeling of already having what you desire therefore speeding up the law of attraction. Anything that will help you get into the feeling of already having something is very effective.

The feeling of already having something is where the real power is when trying to attract something using law of attraction. This is what you need to work on, the feeling, not just the thought.

Positive affectations are great and can be used daily but you need to go beyond that if you really want to attract something into your life, this is why most people fail and then go around saying law of attraction doesn’t work.

How to Feel As If You Already Have Something

In order to attract something in your life you need to feel as if you already have it. Now this may seem strange at first, at least it did to me, and this this is one part that most people struggle with when learning to apply to the law of attraction.

However, it’s essential you get this part right, I’ll give you a perfect example of why this works in a minute. 

When you’re doing your visualization sessions or thinking about your desire the true power comes from the feelings not the thoughts. You have to feel like you already achieved what you desire. Think about it until you can actually picture yourself as if you’re already achieved your goal or desire.

Think about what’s going on around you, feel the shoes you’re wearing, the weather, is the sun shining on your face?, What are people talking about around you if there are people around you, do you feel good? Of course you do you just achieved what you set out to do.

What are people saying to you? Continue the process into you can really feel the feelings that will come along with achieving your desire. It may take a little practice at first but after a while it becomes fun. You can dream up different situations and fantasize about the day you achieve what you set out to do.

Never think about how much you need or want your desire. If you think that way you’re thinking about the lack and what’s missing in your life. The only result you will get with that thinking is more wanting, or lack. Sometimes it’s hard to distinguish the difference between lack and already having it. If you feel good when doing your visualizations then you are on the right track.

 Visualizing as if you are already have it allows you to release your goal or desire and have fun with it. Here’s an example of how this works. I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase feast or famine. Think about it, how many times in your life have you wanted something really bad and then when you get it more of it shows up without even trying?

For those of you that are single, you may have went months without a date. You desired to date someone but no one showed up in your life, or nothing worked out. He just couldn’t meet anyone if your life depended on it.

The day after you met someone you desired and was a perfect match you took your mind off of it because you already had what you wanted. What happened? There was a flood of other people that you suddenly showed up in your life and wanted to date you. Everywhere you went someone was interested in you.

I remember a time when I had my first business things were very slow and I worried about getting enough work and paying bills. It was all I could think and worry about. Eventually I got a few jobs that trickled in allowing me to take my mind off of it. You know what happened next, a flood of work came in and I was so busy I had to start turning jobs away. Like I said feast or famine.

I still wanted my desires but I was no longer thinking about it. I took my mind off of it and now I was coming from a place of already having it, because I did, so naturally I attracted more of it, this is the way it works. This is why you have to feel like you already have something before you can attracted into your life.

Think about your desire, feel as if you already have it, release it. Don’t dwell on not having it. Trust that it is coming to you in the most efficient way the universe can provide it.

How about the lottery winners, most of them are either rich already or 89 years old. They desire to win but they don’t need to or have to have it. They could care less either way and play just for the fun of it….. and that’s why they win.

If you want to speed up the process of manifesting your goals and desires you can use our subliminal power system. Using subliminal technology will allow you to change your true beliefs that are locked away in your subconscious mind.

Once you change your beliefs your subconscious mind will set out to make it happen. You will automatically start doing the “right things”. taking the right actions, allowing you to manifest your goal or desire in the fastest way possible!

How to Visualize Effectively and Get What You Want

Most of the law attraction books or courses tell you to visualize your goals, however most of them don’t teach you how to visualize effectively.  Here’s a step-by-step guide you can use to get the most out of your visualizations.

Over the years I’ve had great success with visualization and I’ve seen many family members and friends have the same success using my techniques. Some of them made amazing transformations in their life.

We all have different goals we want to achieve – What is Yours?

Step One:

Okay so let’s get to it. The first step you want to do is write down your goal on a piece of paper. Your goal must be believable, you’re not going to make 50 million in three days, at least most of you won’t. So write down your believable goal in detail.

Write it down as if it already happened. For example, I am now making $100,000 per year. Or maybe “I am so thankful that I am now making $100,000 per year”.

This will work for any goal. Perhaps you are in poor health, you could say “I love the way I feel now that I am in perfect health”.

What you don’t want to say is affirmations like, I am becoming, I will be, I am working towards and so on. Those state that is coming in the future, but when? The universe will not know when to deliver your goal. When did you want it? This year? Next year? It will always be sometime in the future.

So again state your goals as if they already happened or you are in possession of the things you desire. “I love my new car” well, you get the point I hope.

Here’s a good example, let’s say you desire a new car.

Goal: New Car  

 “I love my new Bentley ”
“I feel so good when I’m driving my new Bentley”
“the plush: carpet feel so good on my feet”
“people look at me at red lights while driving my brand-new Bentley”
“people are constantly telling me how much they like my new Bentley”
“love washing my new Bentley and keeping it clean”
“I am so happy I bought this Bentley”

etc….

That’s a rough example, but want to write on your goal in as much detail as possible. Next you want to take the list and use it for your visualization sessions.

Relax First:

When you’re going into your visualization sessions you want be as relaxed as possible. You can do this lying down or in a comfortable chair, whatever suits you best. Just get as comfortable as you can, including wearing comfy clothes.

You also want to go into a quiet room or somewhere world you will not be disturbed. Turn off your phone for a while along with the TV, the quieter the better. If you have your own method of getting into a quiet meditative state, feel free to use it.

My personal favorite is to use meditation audios with binaural beats. Relaxing background music with binaural beats, especially alpha waves, will put you into a deeply relaxed state.

Alpha waves have the same brainwaves your brain puts out when you are in a deep sleep, so it’s very easy to get into a relaxed state just by listening. You can pick up some of our background meditation audios with binaural beats on our site just click the shop or products tab.

If you are starting out in a bad or foul mood you’ll want to first think of something that makes you happy. Maybe your dog or baby laughing. Just think of something that happened that made you laugh or feel really good. Think of that for a while while taking some very deep breaths.

Think of something that makes you happy!

Once you’re comfortable and getting relaxed start to concentrate on your breath. Just breathe normal. Notice the way it feels when you inhale notice the way it feels when you exhale, concentrate on that and nothing else, clear your mind of all other thoughts.

In a few minutes you will feel that you are very relaxed, especially if you are using one of the binaural beat audios. Release all your tension and relax.

Make your visualization as vivid as possible:

Take a quick look at the goal you wrote down, along with the positive affirmations. Now imagine that you already succeeded in your goal or you already own the object you desire. Keep thinking about it into you can feel it.

It already happened, what are people saying? What’s going on around you? What’s the weather like? Is it a sunny day? Can you feel the wind on your face? Can you feel the excitement building up knowing that you already succeeded?

This is the way you want to visualize, the more emotion and feelings you can put into it the faster the object or desire will come into being.

If you haven’t used your imagination in a long time and maybe a little rusty. Don’t worry the more you do this the better you get at it. Soon you will become a visualization expert and you will be cranking out goals our desires faster than you ever thought possible.

Never concentrate on anything negative because that’s what you will get. If your desires to get out of debt you do not want to go around saying or visualizing I am now getting out of debt, because you…

You Are What You Think – Good or Bad

You are what you think about. Here is a classic audio from Earl Nightingale that everyone should listen to. I think they should play this to everyone in school when they are young.

Both good and bad thoughts are creative and lead to material things. Our experiences and environment are actually as a result of our predominant thoughts. A thought is what discovers what you can do and the capacity to do it. Always see your negative occurrences as your learning experiences and stop blaming other people for what you are going through. The following tips will help you to be more positive. 

Avoid negative influences.

You should not entertain anybody who is likely to influence you negatively. Be it a close friend or a family member, stay away from them. Take your time and choose your friends wisely because they will have a serious impact on your behavior. Furthermore, do what you are comfortable with. If you feel bad, concerned or guilty becase of doing something, you better not do it.

Replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

Try to view every situation from a brighter side. If you do this long enough, it will become your habit and this will eventually improve your positive thinking. Everything can be framed positively. Instead of saying a half glass of water is half empty, view it as half full. Even when you fail to achieve what you wanted, at least you have gained certain experiences that will make you better. Every situation has both negative and positive aspects. So, it is up to you to choose where to focus depending on your thoughts.

Smile.

Positive life goes hand in hand with happiness. Even when things are not going as planned, at least smile to lift your mood. Do not worry so much til you cannot afford a simple smile. Share your positive experience with others and this will boost your moods.

Surround yourself with positive activities.

Your daily activities also determine how positive you can be. All activities you get involved in each day should occupy your day in a very positive way. For instance, your entertainment should be positive. Do only those things you love doing. If it is watching movies, listening to music or engaging in sports activities, do it with passion, and this will boost positive thinking.

Admit that there are problems.

You will be surprised that some people do not even identify and admit that there are problems affecting them. By identifying your problem, you will find possible solutions and this will help you become positive.

Ask for feedback.

Try to know what you are by asking your close friends or family members. You can as well involve experts to assess your behavior and give you feedback. Feedback will give you various perspectives from which you can decide on an appropriate course of action.
