If I could give this place (I won't even dignify it as being a restaurant) zero stars, I would. The owner can't even understand enough English to speak intelligently with me. I ordered several rolls of sushi and an order of vegetable lo mein tonight. We ordered for pick up and upon arriving home, we discovered that the lo mein had so much chicken in it that it was impossible to pick it all out in order for me (a vegetarian) to eat it. I didn't want it in there in the first place but what can you do in this situation. It was already late at night so I called the restaurant to tell them that I would need to come by tomorrow to get a refund because I work early in the morning and need to go to bed and already drove there and back home for a wrong order (wasting gas when prices are rising...) In incoherent English, I was told that I either needed to bring the whole dish back in tonight for a refund or bring it in tomorrow for a refund. Mind you, my boyfriend isn't vegetarian and he is hungry so either he can't eat tonight and we get a refund, or he eats and we don't get a refund. That is not customer service. This is not acceptable and I have never been treated like this by a restaurant for something that was their mistake.

Worst service ever. I would rather have Hitler pelt uncooked rice and fish heads at my face while I walk across broken glass.

Three of us went to Fire Ninja with a Groupon, $30 worth of food for $15. We started with Hot and Sour Soup, a Spicy Tuna Roll, and a Philadelphia. Roll. Before they brought the sushi we ordered, they brought over what I think was one of the signature rolls on the house. I'm not sure what it was, but it had crab, pineapple on top, with coconut sprinkled on it. It was fried. It was amazing especially since it was free. For our main course we ordered Kung Fu Chicken, and Hawaiian Chicken. Both were fabulous!!! To top of off they brought us 2 slices of cheese cake for the 3 of us to share. The food did take a while so I think they brought the extras to keep us happy. Our waiter Ben was a pleasure!!! If you go ask for Ben. I kinda felt guilty using the Groupon after all the free food they gave us, however we tipped Ben VERY WELL.

I've eaten at this restaurant frequently over the past two years. Yes, it was a Groupon. I've read a few bad reviews and really feel as if those reviewers do not appreciate authenticity. I prefer this place over PF Changs for asian food. To start..the decor is very modern. It's on scale with any chain restaurant and yes it's clean. I remember the first time I had the hot and sour soup...I had not seen bowls like this ever..kind of a volcano stone look. The soup had a different taste too, unlike other places..a little thicker..I really enjoyed it. I've had other meals and have nothing bad to say. The food has it's own uniqueness. The service...ok, there are servers working there where English is not their first language. Except one that waited on us recently. So I expect some problem with orders. I never had a major problem...perhaps the friendliness and eagerness to please makes up for that. There has been nothing that ever made me think about not returning. I've had bad experiences in bigger chain restaurants...that's a fact. So absurd that I never returned or waited a great while to return. Try this place.

Enjoyed lunch specials at this location many times in the past, but today there is a one word description - BAD! We always order the lunch box specials - chicken & steak teriaki had no sauce just a clear liquid under the meat and was definitely nuked because one end was cold and the other hot. Shrimp tempura lunch box was to have half shrimp tempura and half shrimp tempura rolls - no shrimp tempura on the plate. Nothing had sauces, and the brown rice was cold and the consistency of minute rice. When we asked if they had a new chef for 2015, the waitress pulled the "not understand English" card, and came back with "could offer discount" which was not much. Staff was also munching on food at the back of the restaurant in full view of the few lunch customers. Afterwards we went across the street to Pet Smart for cat food - would probably have been better off having lunch there! We've been there many times, but will not do so again.

The waiter was rude and not knowledgeable about the menu. When my drink wasn't what I had asked for, he muttered something that sounded like profanities as he walked away. I had one of the box lunches. The presentation was actually pretty neat - it's actually a tray and each segment of your meal is in a different box with appropriate sauces. It really didn't taste especially good, though, and I was sufficiently distressed from the waiter's behavior that I couldn't have enjoyed it anyway. There were two greasy fried vegetables (a piece of broccoli and a piece of bell pepper, both of which had far more fried and grease than vegetable). There was a salad that wasn't very good. I ordered the fried shrimp (which tasted like it was from a bag) and pork dumplings (which were actually not bad). I won't be back.

I've been to Fire Ninja a number of times. Seating is always immediate, and the decor is impeccable. It's usually very quiet (sometimes too quiet!). The service is always impeccable - the wait staff is very friendly and attentive. There's plenty of selection on the menu, and they have a great choice of beers, sake, and a very creative selection of mixed drinks. The food's pretty good, depending on what you get. They do have some of the absolute best hot and sour soup and General Tso's chicken around!
