Wonderful staff, wonderful doctor. They help all throughout the fertility process, even providing after hours help. They have a high rate of success as well. Dr. Dorsett was able to help me when other doctors could not and I was able to have a baby girl.

Loved the staff, Dr. Dorsett is the greatest, I was trying to have a baby for over a year and after seeing her I am now 4wks pregnant. I love that you see her more than you do the nurses like in other offices. :)

Very inconsiderate staff. We faxed in all paperwork (well over 10 pages) needed prior to our appointment. However, the incompetent office staff seemed to have NOT received our information so dropped our appointment without notifying us. We had already asked off from our jobs since we live over 70 miles from the office. Thankfully, my wife called the day before to confirm our appointments (again, we had not heard from the office) and found out THEY HAD DROPPED OUR appointment that had been made over a MONTH in advance. Again, they DROPPED OUR APPOINTMENT without any contact being made with me or with my wife. Our jobs are very time consuming and to get off for the afternoon required my wife rescheduling her whole work/meetings and was a huge ordeal that affected entire other groups of people besides us. The staff had already filled the appointment that we had standing for a month, and could not offer us any help. When you are going through infertility testing/treatments, you know how heart breaking it is to even have to seek further assistance. So, to have been treated with complete disrespect and inconsideration proved that Janelle Dorsett's office staff made this journey that much more stressful and heart breaking for us. If you enjoy stress, and heartbreak, you should seek treatment at her office. If you like rearranging your life and then having them cancel your appointment (even though i have the fax confirmation page saying my fax of the paperwork went through) then, definitely go to this office. If you, like us, think that infertility treatment is sensitive and time consuming without adding any stress to it, then I highly suggest you seek treatment through another clinic. Again, this is not a poor review on Dr. Dorsett herself; as we will NOT be rescheduling our visit, we will never know how her treatments go. This is however a very negative and personal experience with her office staff. We complied with the paperwork, they just lost it, or didn't care to check into it. We were given the option to reschedule but we didn't because if they treat our paperwork this carelessly, what ELSE would they treat so carelessly? IF treatment is too expensive to waste in the wrong place.

Before a final decision is made, a surrogate mother will be screened for infectious diseases, undergo psychological screenings, and have her complete medical history reviewed to ensure the best possible health and situation for the child. #FertilityCenter #FertilityDoctor #IVFDoctor

Once a couple has decided upon #GestationalSurrogacy, in vitro fertilization is performed and the embryo is transferred to the surrogate mother. The woman whose eggs will be used is given hormones to help her develop multiple eggs. #FertilityCenter #IVFDoctor

A man’s low sperm count or impotence, and a woman’s inability to develop the follicles necessary for developing eggs, are common complications that can make conception difficult for couples.  If you are experiencing difficulties conceiving through natural means, treatments such as the induction of ovulation and artificial insemination using donor sperm may help. #FertilityCenter

It can take one to two weeks to recover from tubal reversal surgery. It is important to avoid using aspirin after the surgery, because it can promote bleeding. #FertilityCenter

Many women know that they want to have children, but are not at a point in their professional or personal lives where they feel ready to become a parent. FET allows a #FertilityDoctor to preserve an embryo for a future IVF procedure.

#GestationalSurrogacy can be a tremendous undertaking on the part of hopeful parents, as well as the surrogate mother, requiring a significant emotional and financial commitment. If you wish to have a child, but are unable to carry a child to term, it is possible that gestational surrogacy would be an appropriate solution. #FertilityDoctor

#Artificialinsemination is a process of placing concentrated sperm – either from one of the hopeful parents or a donor – directly into the uterus, using a catheter. Artificial insemination can either be performed in synchronization with your menstrual cycle, or in conjunction with a treatment such as induction of ovulation. #FertilityDoctor

#Fertilitytreatments in conjunction with gestational surrogacy can help couples use their own eggs and sperm to conceive a child, who will develop in the womb of a healthy #surrogate mother. #FertilityCenter

Sometimes it becomes necessary for a woman to have her uterus (where a fetus develops) removed. This can be because of cancer, persistent abdominal pain, abnormal vaginal bleeding, and other reasons. Without a uterus, a woman cannot carry a child. #FertilityCenter

A significant technological advance, laparoscopic surgery allows us to view the inside of a patient's abdomen, including the reproductive organs, through a small, tube-like device known as a laparoscope. The laparoscope functions like a lighted telescope inside the patient's body. It allows us a clearer view of the internal organs in a minimally invasive way and can even be used to remove ovarian cysts, adhesions in the pelvic area, endometriosis or an obstructed fallopian tube. #FertilityDoctor
