I have been bringing my animals to this vet for years. Dr. Nolte is a great vet - as is her husband. They are both very knowledgeable and very practical. The staff has changed over the years but they are consistently good people. I have ZERO doubts that my pets are not in great care while they are there. I trust them completely. I think that price-wise they are a little cheaper than some of the bigger clinics, but not by a lot. I have a very happy and healthy Labrador and a cat too. When my previous cat had to be put down, they were very compassionate. My wife and I were devastated. They even made a small donation in my cat's name as a gesture of sympathy. I thought that was a really touching move, and that is why they continue to get my business.

I am highly leery of 99% of all auto dealerships - and I can safely say that IGH Volkswagen is the 1% that you CAN trust. The staff has integrity. They do not hustle you. They do not play games. They are as straight-up and transparent as they come. They actually LISTENED to my concerns and addressed them in a constructive manner (instead of just trying to bleed every cent out of me that they could.) I was especially impressed with my Salesman Steve. He is a humble, honest, straightforward gentleman. It was pleasure doing business with this company. I got an unbelievable vehicle that I just love - at a price I can afford - and it came w a 2 yr bumper-to-bumper warranty so I don't have that anxiety that I just bought a lemon that was only fixed up well enough to run during the test drive and will fall apart 2 weeks later. I have confidence in my vehicle - and again, I really cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and seemed to be a genuinely decent person. I have recommended this dealership to my friends, family and coworkers, and will continue to do so. They deserve it.

After walking 2 blocks from his parking spot on the coldest, windiest day of the year, my father ordered a cup of coffee - which they do not serve. The waitress went on to explain that they do not serve ANY hot beverages and she seemed to enjoy delivering this disappointing news. OK, so they don't serve coffee - not a huge deal... but it was what happened next that infuriated me and ensured I will never return. They have a menu item called a Spinach / Blue Cheese salad. I asked what was in it and she told me it was Spinach, Blu Cheese crumbles, some other ingredients, and a dressing. They also have a salad called the 'Farmer's Market Salad'. I asked about the ingredients here as well, and she went through each of them. It sounded delicious, so I ordered it and asked her to add to it the Blu Cheese Crumbles that are an ingredient on the spinach salad. She then told me that they CANNOT do that. They CANNOT POSSIBLY take a handful of blue cheese crumbles and put it on my salad. Again, she seemed to take genuine delight in telling me this news. Now, I was not asking for it for free - but SERIOUSLY, BLACK SHEEP - WHAT IN THE WORLD is with that? Why in the world would you deny a customer such a simple and reasonable request? Maybe I am making too big a deal here, but it really grinds my gears that they were completely unwilling to accommodate such a simple request. She also refused to provide an explanation when I asked for one. It angered me to the point that it cast a negative light on the rest of the meal - and my family, who eats out a good 3-4 nights a week, will NEVER be eating there again. To be fair, the salad was good tasting, though very, very small for the price. The pizzas were good as well, although they seriously skimp on the cheese. At first I thought it was because the cheese sits underneath the toppings, but even so, there is very, very little cheese on their pizzas. Overall, I found the prices to be too high for the quality and size of the product that they deliver. I found the waitress to be snotty. The flavor of the food was acceptable, but nothing to rave about. I would not suggest wasting your time at this restaurant. If you want great pizza in St Paul, try Cosetta's, Savoy's or the Carbone's on Randolph.

They could not possibly care less about their customers. I phoned in a delivery order. After taking my order, credit card number, etc, she mentions that it it'll be over an hour for delivery. After 1 hour 40 minutes, I called in only to learn it was still in the oven. All she could say "I'm sorry. We are behind tonight". It was insincere, and she couldn't have possibly cared less when I said they had just lost a steady customer. CHECKERBOARD: If you read this, you should know that I have ordered 2-3X's a month for 5 years, and I will NEVER order again from you. There are MANY things you could have done to try and make this right, but I guess it was too much trouble. Oh well, I guess you're the only place in town that makes and delivers pizza. Oh, wait a minute! YOU'RE NOT!!!
