Dennis, how do I speak to so done in customer service that is local and not stationed in India?
I have submitted forms for 'Call for Action' since Dell has he me on hold from 11am and I am still on hold and it's after 6pm. Horrible, I want to send my laptop back since it doesn't work and they cannot fix it. They refuse to give me any phone numbers outside of India.
Can you help, and do you care?
