Unfortunately we are unable to take payment for items after delivery. As per your conversation with our advisor, we offered to have the boxes delivered on a different day, which you declined, as you were unable to give a day that would be suitable. You also declined to have the order delivered to a neighbour or or to be left in a safe place. Unfortunately problems can occur when using third party couriers, but luckily these situations are few and far between.
