"From the beginning Marc was upfront, friendly and responsive.  The team he worked with provided the same qualities. The mortgage process can be overwhelming but I always knew what was coming next because of helpful video emails and up to date phone calls when necessary.  I always appreciated Marc being there for me when I had questions or became anxious.  He always had satisfying answers and a listening ear.  I realized he had many other clients to deal with but I always felt his attention was focused on my needs when we communicated via phone or in person.  Also, the continued communication between my realtor and Marc helped me feel at ease during the whole process.  I was grateful that Marc made the effort to be at  my closing and impressed by his character when he offered to donate $50 to the charity of my choice.  Throughout the process Marc always looked out for my best interest and always encouraged and directed me towards that end.    Marc and his team provided me with excellent service and turned what seemed to me like an overwhelming event into one of stability, trust and contentment." tjordan
The power of listening to your clients needs and just being "there" for them. Thanks tjordan!

Wow! What a show this would have been!
28th July 1973 :

The Watkins Glen outdoor summer jam was held outside of Watkins Glen, New York with The Allman Brothers, The Grateful Dead and The Band. Over 600,000 rock fans attended. Many historians claimed the event was the largest gathering of people in the history of the United States. 150,000 tickets were sold for $10 each, but for all the other people it was a free concert. The crowd was so huge that a large part of the audience was not able to see the stage.
