Your back, legs, chest are the largest muscle groups on your body and for maximum results you should give a good three days rest. For example, If you lift chest on Monday you shouldn't do chest again until Friday, and so on... You will also see more weight loss if you go 30 min of cardio a day. Remember cardio burns calories, weight training burns fat.

If you take your hat off, your glasses won't fog. Since heat rises the heat is being traped by the brim, causing your glasses too fog. Plus it's to damn hot for a hat.
