Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience using our services. We value each of our customers and want to earn their continued business. Our goal is for our customers to have a seamless vacation filled with great memories and we are disappointed when that does not happen. After researching your order in our system, we found that your husband contacted our Managers about the Trace Adkins reservation while you were in town. Our Managers submitted a Customer Feedback to the theater with your husband’s comments on your behalf to raise their awareness of the mistake they made with your reservation. The theater immediately addressed the issue and allowed Branson Tourism Center to refund you in full for the reservation, waiving their Non-Refundable policy for the Trace Adkins show. We issued the refund back to the credit card on file on April 23rd. Branson Tourism Center takes much pride in our excellent level of customer service.
