Our sympathies and prayers to the family and friends of Gary S. Paxton, who went to be with the Lord, from his home in Branson, on July 16 . Although well known for two of hits "Alley Oop" and "Monster Mash," the Grammy and Dove Award winning song writer will be especially remembered for his Christian and gospel music and for all the behind the scenes work, he did with Branson artists. He will be missed!

I have used Branson Tourism Center for many years as my exclusive booking agent when planning a vacation to Branson. Their website is full of information about lodging, shows, attractions, restaurants, etc. which helps you plan just the right venue for your trip. And if you can't decide what to see or where to stay, the staff will help guide you, giving personal insight to the most popular shows and lodging. There are always good deals to be found via this outlet, and the staff is always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. It's also great to only have to visit one place to pick up all of your tickets (vouchers) to the shows and attractions, and also vouchers for your lodging. I highly recommend them when planning a trip to Branson.

After getting our show tickets were were told about a new time shares exchange Via welk resorts. For 30$ cash back - no pressure, you can make 120$ for a couple hrs of your time. Please don't do this. We were told it would be just 2 hrs but it ended up being about 3.5 hrs of pressure to make a decision. Needless to say we didn't. The welk sales person told me I was told I was a liar for not making a decision. Then she said: would I lie to my wife? Totally rediculous! Don't do this ... not worth it when you're trying to be on vacation.

Very good service, helpful in organizing events & attractions. Although I was not told on the phone that it could take up to 48 hrs. for confirmation to be sent to my email so I got a tad bit anxious when it didn't come the same day. The very best thing we went to was the Downtown Motown (we are of the age that those were the songs we grew up w/ as teenagers) and the Branson Paddle Wheel boat. (the smaller one at the Landing not the larger one with dinner). The Captain was entertaining & knowledgeable. While the seating was small at the Downtown Motown I was impressed with the intimacy of the setting & interaction of the performers If situations allow, we plan to return to Branson in June w/ grandson. There is something for everyone....couples, families, old & young..

I would not recommend this place some women seemed more interested in selling shares of something and talked my hubby and I into shows that we were not interested in except Moses she must have thought we were rich NOT!!! Don't feel comfortable going back:-(!!!

On May 6th upon arriving in Branson for vacation, I had the pleasure of dealing with your employee Sean Duncan. I had gone online to order tickets for Dixie Stampede prior to our vacation. I thought I had ordered them from your center because my credit card statement said the charges were paid to Branson Tourism. I had already stopped by Dixie Stampede and they could not find a record of the tickets order, which I mentioned to Sean when he couldn't find my order in your system. I showed him the credit card charge and he made some phone calls for me and located the center that did have my order. He gave me directions to the other ticket center (that is not affiliated with you) and they gave me a voucher to take to Dixie Stampede to get our tickets. I can't even imagine how much time & frustration Sean saved me by being proactive & customer service oriented, going above and beyond to assist me in locating the source from which I had ordered my tickets. This is the kind of service that should not go unrecognized. I will tell all my friends to visit your center for their ticket needs &, now that I have Sean's business card and your center's web address, I will only use your center in the future.

We have used Branson Tourism Center several times and are very pleased with the service. They take care of selecting seats and getting everything in order. The packet is waiting on you when you get there. If you book way ahead of time I do recommend you purchase the trip cancellation coverage. Due to health we did have to cancel a trip one year and it was very good that we had the coverage. We usually stay a week. I usually book six to eight shows for the trip. Very helpful to have everything in order, including a map with each theater highlighted. There are places that advertise highly discounted tickets all have a catch such as listening to a time share sales presentation for a couple of hours or more. So don't be misled.

I was very disappointed they booked wrong tickets we had paid for to see the trace Adkins concert. It was our one year anniversary. It was very upsetting!

Our goal is for our customers to have a seamless vacation filled with great memories and we are disappointed when that does not happen. After researching your order in our system, we found that your husband contacted our Managers about the Trace Adkins reservation while you were in town. Our Managers submitted a Customer Feedback to the theater with your husband’s comments on your behalf to raise their awareness of the mistake they made with your reservation. The theater immediately addressed the issue and allowed Branson Tourism Center to refund you in full for the reservation, waiving their Non-Refundable policy for the Trace Adkins show. We issued the refund back to the credit card on file on April 23rd. Branson Tourism Center takes much pride in our excellent level of customer service. We apologize if you felt less than important to us. Thank you again for your feedback.
